It is believes that an impure, forced, and unstable worm hole from, after extensive scans and tests, appeared and linked this universe with another for a brief second. After it destabilized and exploded in a massive outburst of unknown energies, the Solace Nebula was formed. With the sudden creation of this nebula, came unparalleled amounts of what is believed radiation and several forms of energy. This massive nebula is believed to be ever changing, and possibly blurring the lines of reality and the universe. Echoes and strange transmissions come from it, adding to the mystery of this nebula. =========================== From this worm hole, and after is sudden explosive ending, came Kora, whom at the time, and still to this day, is unknown of due to the fact she came with the nebula. Scientists and astronomers have been fed reports of an "energy being matching the energy output of the Solus Nebula", to which she has been dubbed a mystery and was given her nickname "Solus". Kora herself was once dead, slipping away in her sleep while she was young, and revived through the unknown energies which she once channeled and controlled. Now, in this reality, she seeks to understand why she is still alive, where she came from, and how it is she even still exists. A strange connection is what drew her to this universe, and is also why it is she still exists, a debt of grief and love to a long lost lover. =========================== Due to her connection with the alternate reality and long lost descendant, Amanda Drake, Kora has bonded and follows her around. As well, after seeing someone like Amanda in action, Kora found it suitable to mimic her new physical body after Amanda's. Taking on more fire like hair and the body of a VALKYRIE soldier, Kora resides more on stealth and speed, knowing armor is useless for her considering her ability to die and still live. [/spoiler] [b]Personality:[/b] [spoiler] Kora, being described in the times she has dealt with and contacted physical beings, has been described at times being depressed and sad, due to the fact she knows she lost something in her past, and only knows she cannot remember and wishes to reclaim it. Normally however, her personality follows what she once was; a happy go lucky soldier, with a sarcastic tone and what is deemed as the perfect personality. Not much else is known of her, besides the moments where she would tune out reality, thinking to herself. [/spoiler] [b]Powers/Abilities:[/b] [spoiler] Her known powers, weapons, abilities, and all the sort, revolve around her as a being. Kora is capable of shifting between the physical and ethereal realms, although swapping requires a great deal of energy, and usually leaves her tired or exhausted after. She spends the majority of her time as an ethereal being however. Kora is also capable of extensive regeneration, not a rapid pace however. The process of mending wounds is easy for her, but limbs or other parts require hours and even days, possibly weeks. [b]Energy Weaponry ;[/b] A varied assortment of weapons, energy constructs, and the like. Kora is able to summon and create warier attacks and the like. [b]Structure Generation/Manipulation;[/b] Due to her connection to the Solus Nebula, she is able to draw energy from it, and create powerful constructs and structures, mostly sticking to basics such as domes, shields, and weapons of any form or kind. [b]"The Solus Effect"[/b] A strange and unknown effect, due to her connection to the Solus Nebula, if she is forcefully dissipated or destroyed, she will reform in the Solus Nebula, taking shape as herself again, albeit weaker for a time. [/spoiler] [b]Armor:[/b] [spoiler] When in her physical form, Kora's armor consists of nano-fiber ballistic weave clothing, the clothing padded underneath for extra protection. On her shins, knees, and shoulders as well as chest is Litholium plating, added protection, able to stop heavier blades and rounds. The clothing stops small arms and objects like knives, although heavier rounds and weapons go through. Kora relies on a shield generator located in the back of her chest plate for the majority of her protection.
