His eyes are a yellowish tint and he has defined facial features with sharp cheek bones and a more narrow jaw. His voice is a little bit raspy and deep, menacing sounding. His hair is dark and short, well kept but a tiny bit messy at times. This isn't seen always though do to his apparel. [/spoiler] Armor and clothing: [spoiler]Fulmen wears dark titanium plated armor across his body with odd shapes to it that are sharp at the edges and would intimidate some people. On the back of his back armor is a light hood which pulls itself over his head when he is under attack, providing protection. [/spoiler] Weapons and equipment: [spoiler]Fulmen doesn't use many weapons except for his lightning wrist guards (they serve as armor too). They help him deliver fast, punishing blows in close range and shoot small bursts of energy at range. These bursts can create small explosions and hurt enemies. He can also charge bursts to deliver more powerful charges, but at slower rates. He also uses a small shield generator that can deploy short duration shields in front of where he's being attacked to stay stationary or move around. [/spoiler] Abilities: [spoiler]Fulmen's armor and slightly... unnatural physique allow him to move quickly, jump higher, and have all around better strength. He also can use enemy attacks to fuel his power if he isn't using too much of his own, what this means is when he's getting hit without attacking much, he's either increasing his agility with it or strength making him even more dangerous. Fulmen also can create shockwaves and launch them at enemies. These can knock back closer enemies as well as injure and stun them. At farther ranges, they will just stun and mildly injure enemies.[/spoiler] Bio: [spoiler]Fulmen was part of the Haliaetus group as a super soldier experiment, much like their leader, osprey. Part of his experiment was a program known as "The Ascent" with a few others. They were to go into space and travel to another planet, survive, and return, each in their own ships. Most of the others didn't make it back home, and many thought fulmen was dead too until a recent radio transmission came through.[/spoiler] <closing file>
