He tucked the hood away and knelt down so they were eye to eye.
"One last hug?"
He offered.

Bella nodded as she immediately wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her head into his stomach. "I-I know you'll be back, but I'm still gunna miss you!"
-
"I'll miss you too, Bella. You're a great detective and a better friend. Make sure you keep your dad safe while I'm gone." He said the last part jokingly, trying to cheer her up.
-
"You bet! I won't let you down Canny! Thank you! For everything!"
-
"I know you wont, kiddo." He gave her a gentle squeeze. "I should be the one thanking you. You trusted me and were willing to be my friend."
-
"Well it's pretty easy to trust a guy who puts everyone before him, Can!" Bella told him. "Thanks for putting up with me! Ha!"
-
He grinned, standing up. "I'm glad to know I have so many friends." He told the group.
-
"And it's good to know we have one more, Cannon." Ulfric told him. "Once again, thank you for everything. And I hope you have a safe journey back to the dojo. If you need the Tokage clans help, know that we will stand by your side even to be depths of hell. You have earned that."
-
He looked down, slightly embarrassed by the compliment. He wasn't used to being treated like he was important. "I... Thanks. If you ever need anything, give me a call and I'll be there." His voice was quieter this time.
-
"That we will, Cannon. But! For now! It is time that we part. I wish you all the luck in the world, and hope that you put an end to the Coldbourne influence in the world."
-
"Thank you, good luck to you as well." He waved one last time and shouldered his bag as he began the long walk.

As he exited the Town and heard the final goodbyes of his new made friends, he entered the beautiful Kakusa woods and walked far until he made his way back to the tatakoi the plains. From there, the Mandorian would make his way back to the dojo, where the planning of the final blow against Tywin Coldbourne would take place. But, for now, the man could enjoy the ride home. Knowing that not a single person died because of him in his saving of the grove.
The end
