The giant stood over them with its sword in position. Every vein in its arms seemed to bulge out as it sent its sword screaming towards the duo. Gerald materialized a brick wall in the way of the swing which only slew down the sword's momentum as he got out of the way.

"Holy..." Zora rolled to the side of the brick wall and slashed towards the beasts arm, aiming for the veins
-
The giant looked at his bleeding arm in anger and directed his rage towards its attacker swinging its blood covered fist her way
-
Zora ducked underneath the fist and rolled to the side of the swing. "Little help Gerald!" Zora said, stabbing at its arm again
-
"Well this trick takes a second to warm up" Without as much as a warning the giants sword and armor were worn to nothing more than ancient relics. A harpoon flew through the air from a time rift sticking into the large man who began straining the chain in its attempts to continue pursuit.
-
"REALLY? You're going to cheat?" Zora yelled out at Gerald as she jumped backwards, spun around and moved towards him
-
"Up, up, down down. But really, why play clean when were just going to kill it anyways?" The creature continued to put a massive amount of strain of the chain pinning him to the spot as Gerald casually continued to drill bullet hole after bullet hole into the ceaseless giant.
Oops, sorry for the delay. Been caught up this last week
Zora sighed to herself, sheathing her blade as a large railgun formed in her hands. She took aim at the beast, charged the gun and shot directly for its chest
-
It's All Good
The giant fell but continued to breath as it lied down with an angered look on its face. "All that and its still alive. I almost want to keep it. Almost" He then turned his attention to the spear. "Well there's one half"
-
"One half? You're telling me we need to go and find another half?" Zora asked, sounding almost bored

Edited by ALIAS-F4LS: 6/11/2017 7:21:28 PM"It would be amusing bashing the Lord of darkness with a metal rod but, I think I already sent someone after the other half a little earlier. Let me ask you. If you take the first five letters of Ted A. Hamilton and rearrange them, what do you get?" A grin formed on Geralds lips, as he revealed the scam he played on the so called priest.
-
"Ted A. H... Tedah. Hedat? Death... Death..." Zora laughed slightly, a grin forming on her lips as well
-
"If I had to guess the fool is trying to get his hands on it right now and haven't thought we would just double back and follow his trail." Gerald picked up the shaft and seemed to measure the weight of it in his hand before storing it in a long dead time. "So, take the shortcut with the zombies in it or are you a fan of imps?"
-
"Let's kill us some zombies... We should get there as quick as we can." Zora said, looking around the room
-
"Hmm, shambling corpses it is." He opened a trap door behind the alter and jumped down into what seemed to be a large wine cellar. A few undead began shuffling over hopelessly as they were casually chopped down one at a time by Gerald's blade.
-
Zora had followed behind him, slashing her way through the undead that were around them
-
A set of stairs stood before them leading out to a door. Gerald cracked open the door and to their luck "Ted" was standing in front of a coffin with the last half in his hand. He began approaching the old casket. "It's Almost time to wake up old friend. Now I know this isn't your traditional body to inhabit but... this will do."
-
"Hello?" Zora said, calling out to "Ted" as she moved forward
-
He looked over startled and quickly tucked his half of the spear under his clothing before looking over. "Huh? Oh, you should be here girl. This place isn't meant for others to intrude on" He didn't seem to realize his cover was blown and continued to pretend to be a priest.
-
"I must speak to you, priest. I have sinnned. Been a very naughty girl. I need your help at redemption."
-
He put his hand on her shoulder and looked at her. His had was unaturaly cold and his breath smelled of decay. "In a moment dear, first I have business to take care of"
-
"Oh yes, I am sure. Such as collecting a staff that may kill whoever resides in the castle."
-
"hmm, well something like-" The edge of a scythe suddenly protruded from his other sleeve as he whiped his arm around to take a swipe at zora. Within moments the face of a gental old man seemed to be replaced with a skeletal figure eyeing her as he attacked.
-
She dropped downwards in a crouching position, the scythe flying over her head, and she sent a kick at the priest's leg
-
The clothing became replaced with robes as Death began floating in the air, but without much warning someone was sitting on the coffin watching them both. Death himself stopped, startled to see who sat before them. https://youtu.be/lLP6b6mOolw "Why is it always fighting? Do you know why I hate humanity? A wolf or any other form of animal will challenge another directly. Humans, they will send others in their stead, even ones own son to his death in an attempt to end me..." "Gabriel Belmot I presume or do you still go by Dracula, the dragon" Dracula glared at Gerald's remark, clearly agitated at the mention of his old name.
-
"Hey, it's not just humanity. Every race out there has sent someone in their stead to fight." "The Asari, Quarians, Turians, Twi'leks, hell even the Damn AI. Races..."
