"Sounds good, thanks." Cylus responds, and then turns to Carly. "I'll make sure to keep you updated."

"Updated? No, no. I'm coming with you!!" Carly said excitedly "We'll go to a research facility or something of the sorts."
-Accept Carly's request -Turn her request down

accept
"Sure, if it means I can finally get this work done. I'll have to grab my case from my place first though."
-
"Alright, I'll get a ship ready. Meet me in front of the dojo gates in half an hour, alright?"
-
"No problem, I'll get right to it." he says. Cylus departs, hurrying to his bunk. Once he arrives, he grabs his work case and makes his way to the dojo gates where Marker and Carly were waiting.
-
Outside of the Gates, was a squadron of Militia Grunts, two pilots and Carly. It didn't seem as though Marker would be joining them. "Hey, Cylus." Carly said, pointing towards a small dropship "That's our ride to a battleship outside the planet's atmosphere."
-
"Cool, never been in a spaceship before. I kind of got here through some sort of portal. But hey, there is a first time for everything." Cylus says. He excitedly walks to the ship. "What are all the grunts for?" Cylus asks. "Escort?"
-
"Yeah, escort. Let's go with that, think that fits." Carly said as the squad suited up
-
"Why do I get the feeling that this won't be an ordinary "trip to the battleship?"" Cylus asks, climbing aboard.
-
"Well... The trip itself Is simple. But uh... The station we're going to is currently on the very outskirts of our controlled space. So, we're subject to be attacked by IMC." Carly said. The group boarded the dropship, and fired off into the sky, towards space
-
"Well there would be no better time to test out the new suit," Cylus says, motioning to his belt, armed with weaponry. "And I always come prepared."
-
"It's probably not going to happen, but you can never be too sure." She said as the dropship exited the atmosphere, docking with the Militia battleship
-
"Well in that case, lead the way." Cylus says.
-
The dropship doors opened up into a hangar bay, and the group exited out into the battleship, which promptly entered hyperspace. "The ride there will be a few hours. So you have some leisure time. But i'd like to ask you somethings before you do anything else"
-
"Sure thing, shoot."
-
"Well not here." She gestured around the hangar "In the tech bay. You want to do that now, or take a look around and accommodate yourself?"
-
"We can go ahead and go now." Cylus responds
-
"Alright, in that case I'll show you to the bay. Just follow me, alright?" Carly said, moving through the hangar Bay to a hallway
-
Cylus follows
-
Carly led him through a long hallway, entering a door that had been built into the ship's wall. This door led into a large tech Bay, with several mechanical frames laying atop tables that were against the walls On other tables were bits and pieces of technology, some were recognized and others weren't. Towards the center of the room was a a Titan, remaining in a crouched down position It's parts were stripped, and the cockpit was missing, but that wasn't the point of coming here. Carly led Cylus in an smaller room within the bay that seemed to he an office, and she took a seat, tapping into a keyboard "I'd like to know the full extent of your suit, without the adjustments I made. I tried taking a look. But Q locked me out."
-
"Yeah, Q can be like that at times. But about my suit, it was designed to be lightweight but sturdy, and it could take one hell of a hit. The helmet has Q implemented into it, and the multiple layers allowed for holographic projection. Q could pick up heat signatures or highlight any points of interest, basically acting as my HUD. It could also take a bullet to the forehead, which was lucky for me on one occasion." he chuckled. "The suit itself was made Kevlar fiber and metal plating, so I could take a few bullets. I have grapples and wrist blades on the gauntlets, plus a small touchscreen device covered by a metal sheet that I could use it to remotely access and device I needed to. Along with that are the ejectable metal arm fins and knuckles... Good for punching. But that's basically it. Anything else was just my guns, knives, and explosives." Cylus tapped his fingers on the table and smiled. "As for the power source, a small implant at the base of my neck keeps my suit going. Not quite on the arc reactor level yet, but powerful enough."
-
"The data pad on your arm, to one extent does the hacking go? Could you access my desktop?" She asked, gesturing to her computer
-
Edited by BondyMilk: 5/22/2017 3:45:19 AMCylus laughs. "Your desktop? Hell, back on Earth I hacked the Pentagon! I've hacked a jet halfway across the country and made it come back. I guess if I wanted, I could seize control of any device around me. Of course, Q does most of it though..."
*Most of it!? I do all of it!* Q butts in
"Ah, tomato tomato" Cylus says. He slides open the cover on his wrist and begins tapping on the screen. In no time, he had opened and accessed the files in Carly's computer
-
Love the bold xD
"So, theoretically, since I copied some of Q I could recreate the hacking device?" She asked, clearly curious
-
Edited by BondyMilk: 5/22/2017 3:53:47 AM
Thanks :)
"Probably, if Q would allow it." Cylus scrolls through the files on his wrist pad until he finds the one he wants. He looks through it and shows it to Carly. "What you have seems to be enough to build off of, so you'll have to go from there. You'll have the base A.I., but it won't exactly be Q." he explains.
*Because I'm special and you know it!* Q says
-
"I wouldn't want an exact Q. Differentiating the A.I.'s is essential to the process. Also makes them easier to shut down if anything goes wrong." Carly commented, before looking back at her computer
