"So that's how you learned to shoot."
He noted.
"What military do you report from?"

"That is information I don't give out freely to strangers. I'm sure you understand, nameless friend." She grinned at him while she said that.
-
He gave a short laugh. "Touche. Unfortunately my name is classified information that even I barely remember."
-
"And why would that be? From the looks of it, you seem pretty ordinary..."
-
He raised an eyebrow. "Really? Huh. Never thought I'd hear that." He took a sip from his coffee. "Blame ONI. I'm not allowed to share my name."
-
"I'm afraid I don't know who that is. Although I'm sure they wouldn't mind if one person knew..."
-
He shrugged. "You can call me Spartan if you want. Or One."
-
"Well nice to meet you, Spartan, I'm Cornelia Mara." She put out a hand to shake.
-
He reached up and shook it. His grip was firm and he was obviously holding back a lot of strength. "Pleasure to meet you as well, Cornelia."
-
"Now then, you said you were just a visitor, where from? Or is that classified too?" She obviously wasn't letting the joke die for now.
-
"I'm from a planet called Reach. I guess you could say I'm visiting. I was sent along with the marines guarding a fire base near the mountains here." He replied. "How about you?"
-
"As you can probably tell from how I talk, I'm originally from Italia. Then, my organization I work for now pulled me here to Tatakai."
-
"And what might that organization be? The assassins?" He joked.
-
"Not quite. We are a part of private military called Viperfish." She held some time of reverence for the name.
-
"Interesting name." He took another sip fron his coffee. "You'll have to forgive me if I haven't heard of it."
-
"Well I wouldn't expect many people to know us, we usually don't operate above ground."
-
"Interesting. You paramilitary, or contractors?"
-
"Mostly paramilitary, although we like to take jobs here and there if it suites us."
-
"And you have a strong presence here?" The Spartan asked, finishing his coffee.
-
"Strong enough, although I wouldn't expect you to find us often. We blend in well." She also finished her tea, putting down the cup.
-
"You'd be surprised. ONI is good at finding stuff." He replied, a slight smile on his face.
-
"Then best of luck finding my colleagues. Tatakai isn't small." She smiled back, amused.
-
"Neither is the Office of Naval Intelligence." He replied.
-
"Well so far, you have found one, and how long have you around here?" She said challengingly.
-
"About twenty-four hours" Her challenge sparked something in him, she could see it in his eyes. He was answering her challenge with his own.
-
"Let this one be free since I told you outright. But good luck finding anyone else." She started to get up.
