"Well shit Cylus. Looks like you actually made it. I'm proud of you." The voice of Marker said to Cylus as the two stopped outside the safe house where Carly had taken Cylus' armour only two days prior
"You've exceeded some of my colleagues expectations from someone that's never even heard of the Militia and IMC." Marker continued, not going inside quite yet

Cylus looks at Marker and laughs. "Thanks, anyone who's known me well enough knows that I tend to exceed expectations... It's what made me such a great fighter." he says. "I wasn't much to look at, but I definitely knew how to crack a couple skulls." Cylus leans against the wall of the safe house. "So how's Carly been doing with my stuff? All good things I hope"

"It's not easy to fuse two sets of armours together. Well not fuse, mostly just the Abilities." Marker said with a small sigh as he looked up

"Eh, she looked like she could handle it." Cylus smirked, "after all, we wouldn't be here if she couldn't."

"Fair point, fair point indeed...." Marker said, glancing over at Cylus "You ready?" He asked, stepping away from the wall

"After you," Cylus says, gesturing to the door.

"Alright, here we go." Marker said walking to the door, and heading inside the safe house

Almost immediately, Cylus spotted his armour set up against the wall, with Carly putting the finishing touches on it

"My baby!" Cylus says, approaching his armor. From a distance, he watches as Carly finishes up with his suit. "So what's new my friend? Is it done yet?" he asks, mimicking a child waiting for dessert.

"Very much so, jackass." Carly said, taking a step back from Cylus' armour "Play nice, Carly. No need to be rude..." Marker said, truly sounding like a commanding officer

Cylus lets out a subtle cry of pleasure as he runs his hands across the chest. He knocks on it, seemingly testing the strength. "I like what you've done with it. Thank you." he says to Carly. He turns back to the suit, looking to his helmet. "And Q? Have you done anything with him?"

"No. I haven't touched your little AI. Though, I don't appreciate him telling me how to do my job."

"I'd like to see the magic you've worked."

"It's your suit after all." Marker said with a chuckle as he Crossed his arms over his chest and left the room to give Cylus some privacy "Oh, I hope you don't mind that I copied some of Q's and the armours hardware for an attempt at replication. Having an AI that's more advanced than a Titan could come in handy..." Carly said, remaining in the room

"Ah no problem, if will help the guys out I'm fine with it." Cylus says, taking off his jacket. "If you need help with any of it, just ask. After all, I did program it." [quote]Oh, so I'm just something to give out like a plaything? I'm hurt, Q blurts.[/quote] "Shutup Q," Cylus says. He begins dressing and in no time he's completely suited up. He stretches and gets a feel for the new suit, smiling as he is clearly satisfied.

Marker and Carly had left the room, leaving Cylus to either look around or go straight out

Eager to try out his new suit, Cylus took little interest in his surroundings.Locking his helmet in place and putting his hood up, he walked outside and met with Marker and Carly who were waiting for him. "How do I look?" he asked.

"Like an Assassin." Carly said, going back into the safe house "Give it a try." Marker said, gesturing to the surprisingly empty dojo courtyard.

"With pleasure." Cylus says, jumping into the air. With the boost of speed and thrust, he flew higher into the air than ever before. The armor was light as ever and it moved incredibly well. He grappled to the floor and slammed down on the ground, feeling the shock absorbed into his boots. "Damn this feels good." he breathes

"Along with the grappling, you can "phase run" by entering a separate dimension for a few, very short moments. This let's you get away from danger and gives you time to get back in the game. "

"Just like you did in my test." Cylus says. "How does it work?"

"Alright, it's a bit simple. Just squeeze your right and left fist at the same time, release, than squeeze again."

Cylus acted on Marker's instruction and just as promised, he seemed to disappear. Now he has to figure out how to come back.

It wasn't something he had to do, he felt his insides twist for a moment as he reappeared several seconds later

"Woah." Cylus stuttered as he reappeared. He looked up at his hands in disbelief. "That's some pretty cool tech you have here." he says, smiling. "My only guess is that it requires more juice than we can carry, correct?" ... "My partner used to dabble in nanotech, which included making the power source for my original suit. I picked up a couple things, so if it ever comes in handy I'm here to help."
