Dojo Bio Page

This is the dojo official bio page! Feel free to copy your stuff from the old group and post it here if you need to. If you are new, make your bio here! What is a bio?: You Bio describes who your character is and what they can do. Upon joining, please make a bio for your character. Before making your character, know that olden day characters(such as medieval characters) will likely be trumped by superior technology as well as future tech. The dojo is based in the present day. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE EACH CHARACTER TESTED. ONLY ONE.
If you are bugged by the dojo posts. You have a mute button. Use it. It's much faster than you making a post showing a lack of intelligence to use a mute button!
Full Name: Lucius Gilliam Cain Appearance (Pictures Work): A human male, Lucius has a bald head that's balder than Mr. Clean and Howie Mandell combined, Dark Brown eyes that give off a jaded gaze, an overall handsome face that's more handsome than Fulgrim because fuсk you you piece of shit primarch. He has a healthy, muscular build with his arms replaced by top notch imperial cybernetics, increasing his strength beyond that of any guardsman and rivaling those of Ogryns. Regiment / Class (Kasrkin, Catachan, etc.): Rogue Trader Rank: Rogue Trader Captain Master-Commander (The head honcho of a Rogue Trader group. Yes that's supposed to be that.) Equipment: Weapons:
Ogryn Ripper Gun "The Enforcer":A robust and simple weapon with devastating effects, the Ripper gun is used by Ogryn foot soldiers of the Imperial Guard. This huge, automatic shotgun that obliterates enemies at close range, but is useless at longer ranges. It is equipped with the Executioner pattern shells and can be switched for Inferno patterned shells. "The Judge" Power Maul: A specially named Power Maul after Lucius killed a Charnel Daemon with it. It is infamous throughout the Calixis Sector. It exacts his judgment on those he deems unworthy. Power mauls are Imperial Power Weapons most commonly used by the Adeptus Arbites but also utilized by other armies such as the Adeptus Astartes. Effectively a baton surrounded by a power field, the power maul has a hidden subtlety: the power field setting can be extensively adjusted so that its disruption effect can vary from bashing a hole through a wall, to delivering a sudden knock-out blow to an individual. This tactical depth-of-use makes it a valued tool of Imperial law enforcement. Arbites shock troops employ the weapon in combination with the suppression shield in breaking up riots. Lucius uses an Arbites Pattern Maul. Inferno Pistol: The Inferno Pistol is a pistol-sized melta weapon of highly specialised and ancient technology created by Artificers. They are close to impossible to recreate and are rarely used as only a mere handful of them may exist in each Sector of space. They are as powerful as a Multi-melta, but have about one quarter of a multi-melta's range. The Inferno Pistol is available for use by the most privileged members of the Ordo Hereticus and Adepta Sororitas. However, Lucius is a special case due to him blatantly murdering a Sororitas and looting her pistol. "Swift Justice" Power Sword, formerly wielded by an Inquisitor: After an investigation in the Calixis Sector on the Frontier World of Ferab, Lucius had stumbled upon the mangled corpse of an Inquisitor and looted his Power Sword. Power Swords are one of the preeminent types of Power Weapons. When its power cell is activated, the blade becomes sheathed in a lethal haze of a disruptive energy field. This field allows the blade to easily rip through armor and flesh alike. Ceres Pattern Bolt Pistol.
Armor:
Solar Pattern Void Armour is a type of Carapace Armour used by Solar Auxilia infantry during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy. Iconic to the Solar Auxilia itself, this fully enclosed suit was designed for the void of space, chemical warfare, and hostile planetary environments. Fully integrated with life support systems, the armour itself was capable of resisting small arms, ballistic impacts, and shock trauma. It is capable of minor self-healing against small penetrations and lacerations, and is particularly resilient against radiation and thermal effects. But although efficient and resilient, it could not be considered to be in the same class as Space Marine Power Armour. In truth, this is an antiquity within the Cain Rogue Trader family, and thus is highly valuable in both sentiment and practical use. However, due to it's age it must be taken care of with high maintenance. Hydraphur Armor: The Hydraphur-pattern Judge's carapace suit represents the manifestation of a Judge's authority under the laws of the Lex Imperialis. It is similar to the light carapace suits worn by regular Arbites, complete with distinctive matte-black and red colouring, but also incorporates a storm coat and massive golden eagle topping the helm. The helmet features a photo-visor, encrypted micro-bead and vox-amplifier, while a small light source can be attached to the shoulder pads. A small power pack similar in size and cost to a lasgun's power pack provides enough energy for a week's continuous use. It has been tried and true with Lucius, and has yet to fail him ever since he became an Arbiter, and now Rogue Trader. Carapace armour consists of large rigid plates of armaplas, ceramite or some other strong material molded to fit parts of the body. While heavy to wear and unable to cover flexible areas such as joints, it offers far better protection over lighter types of armour such as flak armour. Suppression Shield:The suppression shield is a type of Imperial Shock Weapon. It is similar to astorm shield but replaces the power field generator with an electro-shock unit. It acts as both a weapon and protection. Its electricity is discharged into the first unfortunate individual the shield contacts squarely. It is used along with the Power Maul by Adeptus Arbites shock troops for crowd and riot control.
Backstory:
Once an Adeptus Arbites, now Rogue Trader, Lucius' story begins on the hive world of Lo, home of the Loi Metalworks Armoury in the Calixis Sector. During an investigation, he had received a peculiar letter, along with coordinates and the Inquisition sigil. The Arbrites recognized this and knew this was something he could not refuse. Thus he made his way to the location and was met with a bizarre cast. A member of the Adeptus Sororitas, known as Julie. In truth the Arbites did not like her as soon as they met, any attempts at intimidation from her did nothing to faze the steely Arbitrator in the slightest. Cain's nickname for her was 'The Inquisitor's Pet.' A Tech Priest of Mars that called himself Seligus Farxon, Lucius and the Priest were mostly neutral to each other. A Death Cult Assassin called Omega, the Arbitrator grew to have an uneasy relationship with her. They did have their moments of teamwork together however. They also shared a disliking of the Sororitas. A holy cleric named Grendel, he had the best relationship with the Arbites, both being Imperial Servants and not being a complete сunt. Two hive scum, twins at that named Jared and Kara, both scrutinized immediately by the Arbitrator for their past misdeeds as thieves, but only to make it by each day. The Arbites realized that this could be their repentance, serving the Imperium in it's valiant efforts. Or die. The seven were given time to introduce themselves, to get to know one another until the Inquisitor had appeared on a data slate recording, informing them that their mission was to find and exterminate a cult of khorne worshippers. So the valiant heroes set off, investigating every possible lead they could, the Sororitas repeatedly attempted to undermine the Arbites while he was the de facto leader due to his knowledge of the Hive. Lucius and the crew eventually found the cults safehouse. Lucius and Omega, wanting to take a tactical approach to this tried looking for any alternative entrances to the safehouse besides the front door, until this was ruined by the Jared and Julie deciding to kick the door in, and this is when things when to shit. Guns a blazing, the Khorne worshippers and the Acolytes went to combat. The resulting bloodshed pleased Khorne enough to summon a Charnel Daemon. At this point, it had seemed all hope was lost. The scum had died, the Tech Priest fatally wounded, the Cleric hiding in the corner chanting prayers to the Emperor. The only ones truly making an effort were the Arbites, Assassin and Sororitas. The assassin, decided to use the Sororitas as bait, which was easy. The Arbites came up from the side and with a devastating blow with his Power Maul, slayed the Charnel Daemon with merely a single hit. (This was due to the Grendel syndrome, as I like to call it being in my favor. I got multiple Righteous Furies in a row and insta killed it.) It was a job well done, except for one thing. The Sororitas, jealous of the Arbites getting the killed, attempted to intimidate him once more, in which the Arbites replied. "You have broken the law, destruction of property and threatening an Arbitrator will be met with judgement, and your Judgement is death." The Arbites then unloaded a round within her skull from his shotgun, killing her. The Death Cult assassin, the cleric and the Arbites returned to the area they met, and informed the inquisitor, who was there that the cult was gone, though they suffered many losses. The Cult assassin went on about how Lucius had banished a Charnel Daemon, which impressed the Inquisitor and gave their reward. (A couple of meaningless sessions later that were just us foiling a syndicate and such.) The Arbitrator was summoned to the Holy Terra, The High Lords had wished to see him immediately. It had turned out, they gave him an offer they could not refuse after hearing of his exploits. He was given a Will of Trade, signed by the Primarch Roboute Guilliman and was now a Rogue Trader after being inducted into the Cain Dynasty, off to make vassals and shit. If you're wondering "how the fuk did Lucius one shot a Charnel Daemon and what are righteous furies, then look no further than Dark Heresy, a 40k RPG.
