The Road. The day was humid, moist, and gently drizzling 136.78 miles from the Dojo. The little trading caravan had continued on from their unfortunate, accidental entrance onto Tatakai. The three Kajiit, two Argonians, and single Nord continued on, having abandoned their cart and were each laden with one or two bags of good. The Nord and the Argonians were armed and armored, most likely not the merchants in this little group. The Kajiit made up the center of the group, the Nord at the helm and the Argonians in the back. The area was lightly forested, trees and bushes dotting the area. A misty fog seeped around here and there, never seeming to stay in one place for long. (Open for interaction and trading) (No, they do not sell Skooma)
Y'know what-
"WAAAAAAAGH!!!" The rallying cry rang out through the air, as the Ork forces revealed themselves. Twenty Ork Boyz, equipped with Shootas and Choppas, leaped from the edges of the trees and the foliage, surrounding the group with ease. At their lead was a towering, seven foot tall Nob, holding a Big Shoota tightly as he aimed. "ALRIGHT YA GROTS! GIV' US THA GOODS, ELSE 'E KILL YA FOR 'EM."

  • The group was...ok, surprised isnt even a word that begins to describe it. The Nord had immediately unshealthed his swords, the Argonians unveiling staffs that glowed red and blue. The two male Kajiit were equipped with daedric daggers, and the female Kajiit merely eyed everyone cautiously, her hands twitching as she thought of various spells.

"...STUPID MONGRELS." The Nob and those around him released hell upon the Argonian mages, hundreds of bullets whizzing through the air. They expected the others to react - hell, they would've loved for the others to attack.

  • Instead of being murderiszed immediately, the mages had cast a ward around the small group, all of the bullets evaporating at the touched the magical bubble-like shield. The female kajiit was chanting something rapidly, hoping to either summon a crap ton of daedra or create a portal out of the area.

Since these spells were intended to be used against magic and not firearms, the bullets smashed against the wall and began to bring it down, as a Mekboy group came into the fray with odd weaponry. They aimed the odd, portal like weapons, as Snotlings were loaded into their cannons and then, shot right back out. Yet before they even left- -The traders found themselves trapped in a bubble with around ten Snotlings, each of them leaping onto the traders and shredding through armor in their bloodlust. The miniature Orks had been teleported through the bubble itself, spawning within the interior with a murderous rage in their eyes. They had trapped themselves, and the number kept growing..

  • Just then, the center Khajiit released her spell, expelling the bloodthirsty little buggers from the bubble in a violent toss, green magicka resonating within each one. As soon as they would leave the bubble, they would ignite with green fire, exploding in a fray of heat and poisonous gas as they exploded. The two argonians began working on a teleportaion spell while the female Khajiit continued the expell spell. Whenever more of the munchkins teleported into the bubble, they were immediately thrown out at the Orks. These were clearly no ordinary merchants.
A: There are no spells in Elder Scrolls like this, other than the push spells. You're pulling shit out of your ass. B: Your characters would've ran out of Magicka by now, even if there were spells like this. The continuous stream of gunfire and Snotlings would drain them of magic. So yeah, you're pretty much godmodding :/
• Im not basing this off of gameplay, its based off of lore. Ever seen anything from ESO: TU? I probably should have clarified this is lore and possibility based and not based off of the gameplay directly. If Mannemarco can steal souls and enslave them to fuel the Coldharbor Anchors, then battle mages can defeat a group of OP briggands.

You've literally admitted to being a godmodder. Wards are spells that are used to deflect or defend against spells, not bullets. No Ward has been developed that encases an entire group in shielding, not in gameplay, and not in lore. So read a little more. There is no teleporting in lore. Your characters clearly do not run out of Magicka at all. In short, your argument doesn't add up at all. Your characters are even more broken than Psijic Monks/Shalidor - LORE CHARACTERS. And yet, they are..."battle mages". Christ.

  • The Queen of the Aldmeri Dominion during the Molag Bal crisis was capable of creating magical shields which incinerated phisical projectiles. In her specific case, Daedric arrows. Magicka count is a game dynamic representing the power of a mage, so it is possible for a magician to have very high Magicka. As for teleporting, both the Sload and a majority of mages in the second era were clearly capable of creating portals from place to place. The Sload are the best example as they literally reply on teleportation and levitation magick to get around. And what else am I supposed to call a magical shield? Because "magical shield" is tedious to type on a tiny phone keyboard.

The Queen of the Aldmeri Dominion could, while I doubt that any regular battle mags could just poof a shield to defend themselves. Mind you, those were arrows, not several machine guns. That itself is godmodding, as according to that logic, nothing physical can enter. Holding up both a shield capable of that, teleporting and attacking would reduce a mage's Magicka severally. Then again, I doubt that you even thought of having Magicka costs to begin with, as much RPers do. The Sload were necromancers, and they never told non-Sloads of any methods of teleportation. I'd like a link to the mages in the Second Era. ...Though I'm sure that your mages suddenly thought of mastering every capable spell ever, yes?

  • Urg..I apologize for, well, this whole little situation. I failed to specify detail and was pulling crap out of a hat because I felt you were trying to purposely kill off several characters I just literally made which do have importance in the plot I'm trying to script. Can we try this again from the start?

Killing them off wasn't my intention, sorry. Raiding...well, it was. If you want to. It's your choice - plus, Blood Axe Orks tend to actually trade instead of raid, so I'll go with that.

  • Allright then, I guess we're staring again. Thanks for changing your approach, as the whole point of these characters is to add another way to get certain goods (including moon sugar). Did you wanna start again in another reply or just in this thread?

As the traders progressed throughout their pathway, they could hear a distant rumbling, as a rather odd vehicle approached. It looked to be some sort of buggy - actually, a pack of buggies. Six foot tall, green-skinned beings drove through the road, their leader stopping and looking at the merchants. Two bloody axes were painted upon the sides of each vehicle. "Oi, was dis? Sum' tradas?" "'E gots an 'umie-" "UMIE?!" "Calm ya self, ya grot.. An' sum lizards 'n cats. Dey might have dakka!" A resounding cheer came from the Orks upon hearing of "dakka".

  • The Kajiit saw this as a potential trading opportunity and stepped forward calmly. "Greetings, This One assumes you wish to trade?" says the taller male. He was dressed in Hammerfell garb, a mage's hood on his head until he swept it back. He looked fairly standard for a Khajiit, only more panther/lion like in appearance. (Imagine the ones from ESO: Tamriel Unlimited)

"Mm...Ya, ya gotz sum dakka?" The Orks were...looking for weaponry, if anything at all. They looked upon the armor, studying it's design and holding up bags of...teeth? The teeth were massive in size, clearly ripped from other Orks. In fact, the leader had gone to currently inspecting his men for more teeth, as if it was their manner of trading.

  • "Hmm..This One does not recall knowing what dakka is..Perhaps you could describe it and we could check if we have it?" the merchant offered.

"GUNZ, YA GIT-" "HEY, HE OFFARAD TA TRADE YA MONGREL!" Bickering rang through the Ork numbers, before- "STOOOOOOP!!" The loudest, biggest one yelled, as he looked down at the Khajjt. "Gunz 'n things that go boom, see. 'E need guns 'n swords."

  • The merchant's ears perked at swords. "Swords you say? We have an abundance of swords. Judging from your size you'll want larger swords, yes?"

  • "Yes, actually. We have been needing to lessen our load recently. The heavy merchandise slows progress, as we're stuck traveling on foot." The male argonian then sets his huge pack down, opening it. It had several sets of steel chestplates and Dwarven gauntlets. There were a few shortswords and daggers as well.
