They don't! Normally we accept all Characters, but we reserve the right to deny them if there's to much, or to little. You're one of those cases Once you expand on his powers/equipment a bit you'll be fine. The concern is, you saying "Sly Mario" Could mean anything. Like a nuke in his ass.
