I don't know about that.... I think even if it is more of the same. Albeit with new areas and subclasses, people are still going to flock to it. I know my whole fireteam is getting it regardless, there have been some great times screwing around in strikes, raids... and even the lag fest pvp and I am sure D2 will be the same. Hopefully Bungie learned some valuable lessons from D1. Apparently they rebuilt it from scratch.... so that is something. We just have to await the details.
