"Now how can you say that when you haven't even met me?" Ite waited for a response.

  • "....uhhhhhh. That's...that's irrelevant! You have a weapon! You could be with that dirty empire! Or you could be a bandit I don't know?!"

  • "Lets say I was with the empire. Wouldn't I have just shot you by now? If I was a bandit, wouldn't I have tried to knock down the door? As for the weapon, how could I have been sure you didn't have one?"

  • "I...suppose you're right. Okay. Come in, quickly." The girl said. The door in front of Ite opened for him, and inside was a skinny, pale brunette woman. She looked to be maybe 18 with her youthful skin and hazel eyes. She had short brown hair that looked as if it had been cut with a knife. "Quickly!" She demanded in a hushed voice.

  • Ite quickly slipped into the house, his tattered cloak nearly caught in the door. As he enters, he kept special attention to the woman's actions. "Decent place you have here." Once a foot in, Ite drew his revolver and aimed it directly at the woman's head and cocked the hammer.

  • "What?! You BASTARD! ABSOLUTE BASTARD!" She screamed.

  • Ite pulled the trigger, and a small pop sounded, followed by a spray of glittery multi-colored confetti. Ite doubled-over and laughed until his voice was hoarse.

  • "...WHAT?!" She let out. "GET OUT! NOW! I HOPE THAT DEVIL OF ICE MURDERS YOU WERE YOU STAND!"

  • Ite can only fall back, and could only continue to wheeze. "Ok... ok I'm sorry... I had to... Had to make sure you weren't a spy! Haaaa!"

  • "A spy?! A SPY?! No...no! Leave! Get out!" She demanded. The snow seemed to settle outside.

  • "All right, calm down." Ite picks himself up and walked out the front door into the settled wind. Hopefully he hasn't missed his chance with Cain.

  • He soon learned that he didn't. As he stepped outside and the snow died down behind him, he saw a large figure down the street. He wasn't in range, but Ite could make out his features. There was a man wearing a suit of fantastic ice blue coloured armour. The chestplate and shoulders were angled trianguarly in their fashion. The arms were coated in plates that folded over one another but still remained flexible as he could move his arms freely. His legs were similar in design, except for the knees which were not plated. Underneath the armour was a navy blue outfit that seemed tight to the body. The man's helmet however is what drew Ite's focus for a moment. It looked like a knight helm, but it had a shape looking face mask. The mask looked as if it was torn back like frozen fire in its design, but the front of it was edged and angular with holes all throughout the top half. But...what he was riding was even more fascinating. And terrifying. A flaming blue horse. It's face looked like half of it was skeletal while the other half looked like a normal horse. These patches of skeletal to normal appeared all over the horse, which made it an anomaly of thought. In the warriors hand, a long ice coloured spear. It's head was fashioned into the shape of a dragon who's tail curled down the shaft of the weapon. It was truly unique. Now, this warrior took his place ahead of Roy. And spoke. "You....You were at the Gala, were you not?" Cain asked Ite.

  • "I was! Very nice champagne selection by the way, the the crackers I found to be a bit stale." Ite pulled his signature scythe from his back, knowing Cain was most likely not one to talk his problems out. "If you don't mind me prying, why exactly did you decide to knock out every attending Dojo member, as well as execute one of us? I can only assume it has something to do with Zane." As he spoke, a cool glow had grown from his sandals. The icy temperature of it froze the surrounding snow into solid slabs of ice.

  • "It was...not my doing. I simply stood there as the apocalypse in front of me happened." Cain said almost poetically. Then, a small line of ice blue fire cut through the ground a foot in front of ite. He saw this line make its way onto buildings, and other streets to make a perfect square. A border. "But. Let us not delve into matters that won't help this situation. You are here to duel me, are you not? When you are ready step over the line. And we shall begin."

  • Ite stepped forward, feeling somewhat unprepared, but ready nonetheless. He looked at his right hand, encased in a wooden gauntlet, and closed it into a soft fist. "Well, I'm probably not as ready as you, so let's get this over with."

"Do not think that way. Persevere and you may survive this, Ite of the Dojo." Cain said as he rode forward on his horse. Then, the battle began as the flames rose and made a dome around them. There was no escape.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=NjXRrgrjF-M RED ZONE
Cain's steed let out a beast like neigh as he raised his spear to the sky. Eight ice crystals formed around him and hovered around his body. Then, he rode at Ite. He pointed his spear towards his foe and the ice crystals launched at their target at an incredibly speed that seemed to lock on his location. He only fired two of the eight crystals which were focused on him.

  • A massive wall of ice rose upwards directly in front of Ite, its purpose to block the projectiles fired towards him. "Ice huh? I guess this is sort of a contest. Who is the best at using cold masses of water?" Ite drew his revolver, and realized what he had forgotten. He emptied the gun at lightning speed, and with each trigger pull, a blast of confetti. "I don't suppose you're afraid of party supplies, are you?"

  • Cain smashed through the ice wall with his steed, and he was upon Ite now as it shattered. He then ran past him, but not before he slashed across his chest with his lance....

  • The gouged out a small portion of his chest, yet very little blood spilled from his wound. Such a slash would cause anyone to fall back, and Ite was no exception to this rule. But as he fell, his scythe had outstretched, placing itself in a position high up on the horse as it would pass.

  • The scythe cut the horse, and it stumbled a bit. Yet, it still rode. Cain then turned the beast around and he raised his spear as two more ice crystals flew at Ite.

  • Ite looked up, seeing the massive flaming dome now not quite as an obstacle, but as an asset. He again rose an ice wall, and preparing for the next charge, puts his back as close as he can bear to the edge of the arena.

  • This line of action may have worked in a different situation, but that was not this one. Since Cain was behind Ite, all he did was trap himself in with the warrior. Cain twirled his spear incredibly quick and carried the momentum through as he hit Ite in the chest with the shaft of the spear, which sent him flying through the ice wall and made him crash on the ground.

  • The spear pierced deep next to one of Ite's lungs. The direct crash against the ice wall cut up a good deal of his back, which soon would become scars. Ite decided to do the maneuver correctly this time, putting his back to the flame wall to face the charging knight. "Your horse looks pretty unhealthy, almost like a bag of bones!" The insult made Ite feel a bit better, but not by much. Up rose a third ice wall, and was a bit sad to look at, just as one is distressed at the hearing of an overused joke. However this time would be different. Ite layer down in the snow, encasing him in a slick ice to hide once Cain came charging.

  • Ite couldn't see past this wall, but he heard the hoofs of the horse and the spurs of the knight riding it. Suddenly, the Ice wall was shattered as Cain broke through with his Lance and steed....

  • Ite punched upward with his right hand as Cain's steed rode over head, and casted out a massive spear of living wood. The spear aimed directly at the spine of the horse.

Cain didn't expect the sudden attack, and did what he could to protect his steed as the spear flew at it. He grabbed the wooden spear Ite had thrown, but half of its head impaled the horse. The horse cried out again as Cain quickly tore the spear out and tossed it to the side. Cain continue to ride until he was past the intersection of the streets, which put a distance between him and Ite. He raised his spear on top of his head again, by this time, a massive icicle formed on top of him. It was the size of him as well as his steed combined, and as he aimed his spear at Ite the massive icicle flew towards him and spiralled as it picked up speed every second.
