That's not what the rating means. The rating represents the minimum age requirement, not the target audience. A subtle but important distinction.

M rated games are made for Mature Audiences and look how many immature people play and voice their opinions on those. Point being that just because it's made for someone doesn't mean others can't complain about the way people react to it or the product itself. His opinion is valid in some ways. -
