I actually had a amazing house built that way.. infact that's how it works if you buy a brand new home. Or a brand new car.

You don't happen to see the Car being showcased in an advert and you go to the showroom to test drive it? Hmm ok. PS: I'm over 40 and on a nice 6 Figure salary.
