The whole thing? The only point to preordering when games are available digitally is to get preorder bonuses. If you really want the preorder bonuses, then there is no reason not to wait as long as possible when you know more about the game. With Destiny 2, we know nothing about the game mechanically other than the fact that it is a sequel to Destiny 1, and the only preorder bonus is early access to the beta, which will be made public soon after anyway.

"No, sir! I did not see you playing with your dolls again!" Plus, I've seen enough to know that I will be content with the content. More likely I will be ecstatic when D2 drops and will book off work to get some good ol' gaming time in. Even with it's flaws, I still enjoy coming back to Destiny time and time again. I don't think that will be any different in the next one.

If you don't know how Destiny and Activision games are going to look and feel and play by now then you just don't need to buy the game at all because you don't like them enough to know about them
