She slung the androids body over he shoulder and drew her halberd looking over towards the noise. The had the POD aimed and prepared to fire.
"Who's there?"
She looked for any sign of a remaining hostile machine.

Edited by ookshmook: 4/9/2017 8:09:35 PMIn front of her was an utterly black figure, so black that any texture was lost, with two glowing magenta ovals for eyes. It spoke in strange, ubiquous tones that sounded like hundreds upon hundreds of faint whispers layered upon each other. Surrounding it was a swathe of a pale, light purple, mist-like substance, which seemed to drift off its body. Suffice to say, it was not in the least reassuring. "Where, when and what universe are you from?" The figure seemed not to be overly adamant on pleasantries.

She stood firm unsure what to make of the thing in front of her. This surely wasn't a machine but something about it felt unpleasant to 13B. Even so she was determined to find out if this creature was involved in the incident. "I'll answer once you tell me this. Did you attack this unit?"

"Persistent... well, I came from earth's moon where humans have taken shelter and us androids exterminate the hostile machines that have taken occupation on the planet. I believe the apropriate term for what is happening in my 'universe' is a proxy war."

"Thank you for your compliance." The purple mist began swirling around the figure in what looked like a purple hurricane, with the somewhat notable exception that it didn't ravage the ground and everything near it.
