What if the cabal themed raid was based in a reformed version of the tower?

That'll be cool. I bet it's going to be the toughest raid in Destiny.

I'd hope so, despite the fact I haven't actually completed any other raids than VoG and CE, I've heard that kingsfall is a bit of a joke compared and WoTM is little more than a strike once you nail everything... I would like to get around to doing them though, get me some new gear...
