From leaked sources 'grain of salt' they are optimising it for pro and Scorpio, so I'd say 60fps is on the cards, the reference to open world implies 60fps can't be done, but look at ff15. Will just have to wait and see what gets revealed at e3. P.s. I punched a toddler from the excitement of the banner, so if it's not amazing I'd say a good punting is in order
