Yup, they should listen to a post like that..... I can't help but agree with it, even though it's not the articulation that I would use, but maybe a nice wake up call for bungie to restore its former self.....

we all pay the same for expansions and dlc so normal people voice their opinions when something they bought keeps getting changed or just unhappy with product since bungie is too cheap to have *customer service like every other multi-million dollar corporation.
