[b]Scorch rolled to the side as an assault rifle took form in his arms and he opened fire on the civilian clothed operatives [/b]

[spoiler]Heh...that damn AR was pretty memorable back when Destiny was in its first year...[/spoiler] The civilian clothed operatives opened fire on the Hunter, armed with stolen [url=http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/masseffect/images/7/7d/ME3_Vindicator_Assault_Rifle.png/revision/latest?cb=20120317173921]M-15 Vindicators[/url], jumping into cover and firing at him.

[spoiler]Yeah .. It was. [/spoiler] [b]He rolled to the side, a few bullets actually hitting him as his shielding fluctuated. He sat begin cover, throwing a grenade into the wall of a building, which promptly bounced off and exploded into several others, seeking the operatives before Exploding near them [/b]

...That damaged their shields, but didn't flat out kill them. The sound of the elevator was heard, as three out of the five Cerberus operatives poked their heads out to focus on the elevator. The sound of unarmed combat was heard behind the Hunter.

[b]The Hunter kept behind cover, switching his grenade to something more viable. He peaked out of cover, Blind firing [/b]

His blind firing came in luck, as one of the operatives dropped dead from multiple shots to the head, and another who wears injured in the arm. The sound of grunting and punches were heard behind Scorch.

[b]He got down behind cover, finally looking towards the grunting. [/b]

Kolyat had somehow knocked both Cerberus troopers unconscious and proceeded to fire his M-3 Predator Pistol toward the remaining operatives. "Your friend jumped into a fountain nearby with the female operative. You might want to go help her, if you feel inclined to." Kolyat had said, as the door opened, revealing multiple C-Sec soldiers who got into cover. [spoiler]-Find Vel and the female operative -Help Kolyat and C-Sec against the remaining enemies.[/spoiler]

"She's a mandalorian... she can handle herself right? Maybe not... after all she's a marks-woman..." [b]He mumbled something to himself regarding being short on people before sprinting towards the fountain.[/b]

There seemed to be some sort of glass leading downward...then more glass...and then the floor of the Presidium. [spoiler]Basically, the area on the Citadel you got to visit during ME1 and 2, revitalized.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]BUT THERE WERE FIVE AREAS [/spoiler] "How in the bloody..." [b]The Hunter glanced around the area, looking for Vel or any signs of where she could be.[/b]

...Well, the flattened bush down there gave some sign of where they were headed...as well as a blood trail. [spoiler]Doesn't mean there's stuff below...[/spoiler]

*The sound of grunting was heard at some nearby fountain, a few asari watching with amusement, and passerby of all kinds watched warily, and ignored the potential fight. The sound of guns walked around, C-Sec soldiers and a man following suit a good distance behind him. *

[b]He jumped into the fountain, throwing a grenade into the ground that cloaked him[/b]

The asari didn't notice of course...although the C-Sec troops lead by Commander Bailey behind him seemed to watch that happen. At the fountain, the two women seemed to be beating each other to death. Vel had a bloody nose, and most likely a broken one at that, bruises popping up all across her face, shoulders, and stomach. The Cerberus soldier seemed to be more alright, although one of her arms was most likely broken from that fall earlier, and had blood trickling down her mouth.

[b]Scorch drew a knife, flicking it into the operative's leg before lunging at he from behind with a second[/b]

...It took both of them down, tumbling them further into the fountain, a yelp of pain coming from said operative. Bailey and C-Sec arrived, sighing. "To be honest, you Dojo folk, I like. Gives me an excuse to shoot something that moves." He had said to them.

"OH I'M SURE!!!"" [b]SCorch stabbed the operative in the back twice, before stabbing into her neck[/b]

...And the Cerberus operative laid dead on the floor, leaving Vel panting a lot, wiping off blood from her nose. "You folk come over here, I'll get some medi-gel for you; keep you in check. You two...calm the crowd." Bailey had commanded, the two turian bodyguards next to him veering the crowd away. Kolyat appeared on a roof next to them, nodding.

[b]Scorch withdrew his two knives, sheathing them as he stepped out of the fountain and helped Vel out as well[/b]

"Now, that was what I would call some damn fine work. You two should invite me over to this Dojo place; Citadel is fine and all...but I'd prefer the more grittier life a place like that." Bailie had replied, using his medi-gel to help heal Val's more major wounds. "Scorch, someone's moving to the Council Chambers. I'd think its Malice. Tell Ghost and Stoik to head there ASAP; I'll try to distract him." Kolyat had said, using their comms. "I know; Cerberus is already going for the Council. Come on." The Commander said, motioning the two to follow.

"Oh no. She shouldn't be going ANYWHERE right now..." [b]He said, pointing at Vel[/b]

"I...can still f***ing fight. Just...let me..." he could hear Vel grunt, as Bailey held her back. "Don't worry; we'll keep her at Huerta until she's healed. Might take a few days, though." He said, leaving Scorch on his own with Kolyat to deal with Cerberus's assasssin.

"You ready to go assassin? Because you're leading." [b]He looked to Kolyat, speaking over the comms [/b]

"Already there. Council seems to be okay, for the time being. I'm chasing down the assassin now; head to the Council Chambers." The drell responded through comms. An elevator nearby would've lead there.
