IMO the biggest problems:
1. Taking away our old gear, then making us "earn" it again
2. Lack of matchmaking for PVE (I understand not having it on raids)
3. Forcing player base to play the game Bungie's way (solo play has gotten the shaft)
4. Nerfs due to PVP (Truth was the final straw)
