Fionn moves in on a valley, looking for a supposed Vex sighting in the nearby clearings.
"Where are ya..."
He mutters, his helmet hiding his face beneath the hood.

Sarah was not too far away, running through the trees, "I swear if there's another gatelord..."

She arrives at the clearing with Fionn just as the black electric smoke that usually hails a Vex horde appears.

She activates her stormtrance, ready for however many Vex are unleashed.

The smoke clears to reveal... An unconscious Hunter. "Well... That was anticlimactic." Wisp comments as Fionn moves to check the on Hunter.

She deactivated her stormtrance. At this point, she could see again. Those wings of fire returned. She put her hand on the unconscious Hunter, her wings turning golden. Aura around her. Shortly after she transfused some her Light into the unconscious Hunter, she stepped back. Something, was telling her, her least favorite nightmare was here. She turned away, falling onto her knees. "No. No. No. My conquistador has come," She muttered.

"Sarah? Wha's wrong?" He asks, completely forgetting about the other Hunter.

"It’s just like my nightmares. Same beginning. She. Is. Here. My conquistador has come to defeat me in a million ways," She mutters. Lunar appeared, "Paranoia. It's driven her insane. She thinks that unconscious Hunter is Pox. But she's wrong... right?" "She knows my weaknesses, I should not have tried to help..." Sarah muttered.

Fionn puts a hand on her shoulder. "Sarah, even if it was Pox, you'd have nothing to fear." He tells her. The Hunter stirs on the ground, but remains out cold.

She doesn't seem to be in control, she just stands up, and walks back over to the Hunter, tending to them. Tranfusing her Light into them to try to wake them up. "A pleasure to help my fellow Hunter," She mutters almost too quiet to hear. "Wait... did she just say...? Oh. That explains a lot," Lunar says.

"Wha's going on?" Fionn demands. The Hunter slowly wakes up. "W-what? Where am I?" Her Ghost appears beside her.

"You know how Mia's dead... well... guess where her spirit is?" Lunar says. Sarah gives the Hunter a hand, "Well, you're awake. Nice job. I know I helped but it took your will to wake up."

Fionn just groans and moves to help the Hunter stand. "You alright mate?" The Hunter nods mutely.

"Can you at least get out of me, because that's creepy." [i]Not until you lay off the pudding. Nice extra pounds, sis. Are you planning to undergo Mitosis to bring me back?[/i] "Oh my gosh, shut up." [i]You have no reason to be scared of that Hunter, act normal, and I'll find a new body.[/i] "Fine."

Fionn helps the Hunter to her feet. "T-thanks." She acknowledges, her voice distorted by the helmet speak. She wears a vermilion stripe like Fionn's.

Mia's spirit jumped out of Sarah. Mia looked like herself, except she was paler, and transparent. [i]Sorry, sis. Miss you.[/i] With that, the spirit disappeared. Sarah ran back to the Hunter and Fionn, "You scared us."

"Sorry..." She mutters. "Let's get ya out o' the rain, fellow Hunter." Fionn offers, leading her back towards the town.

Sarah walked with them, standing on the other side of Fionn, trying not to show fear.

She notices Fionn stands slightly closer to her than the Hunter, his shoulder almost touching hers. They arrive in the town, and Fionn leads them to an apartment he'd rented.

Sarah didn’t know about the apartment, but she was focused on not trying to show that she's still afraid. "S-so, uh, w-what's, what's, your n-name, H-hunt-ter?" She asked, in a nervous tone.

"J-jamie." The Hunter replies, also sounding a tad nervous.

Sarah felt like she was being stabbed, over and over again. Her heart was racing, and she had this urge to run in the opposite direction. "T-that's, that's a n-nice name, Jamie. I'm. I'm. I'm Sarah," She says, shaking.

The Hunter nods slightly, still looking weak and tired. "Thanks, Sarah is a nice name too." Fionn leads them into his apartment. "Jamie, you sound tired. Get some rest. There's a bed an' bathroom upstairs." He informs her. She nods in thanks and heads up the stairs. Fionn's armor dematerializes amd he sits on a couch, gesturing for Sarah to sit beside him.

He hugs her despite her cold wet armor. "I love ya. You know that, right?" He asks.

"Fionn... I'm not sure how long that will last," She admitted.
