She jumped down to them. "Who wants to take point? I don't exactly know much about what's around the next corner or anything.

Multiple Cerberus Centurions, Assault Troopers, and Phantoms blocked the door to the bridge, in cover.

Noble: "Just fall in line and follow us. Seren, watch the right side." [b]The Turian nodded and the duo went through the cargo doors, Serendipity watching the right while Noble covered the left [/b] //// Talath: "Would recommend cover." [b]The trio ducked behind any cover available, and Ghost sent a drone out to scan the area [/b]

She nods, cloaking and followed them. Behind the next door in front of them was a few Nemesis, Assault Troopers, and a little surprise.... ------------------ 5 Centurions, 10 Assault Troopers, and 2 Phantoms were within the vicinity. Some data files laid around the place, in cracked data pads and dead Alliance bodies. Strangely enough, there were also dead Batarian bodies, as well.

[b]The trio stood before the doorway, and Serendipity began bypassing it to get in[/b] //// [b]The drone ejects a small laser shooter from a slit in its armor. It fires at one of the troops, nothing in particular[/b]

The door...strangely enough opened on its own. Within the room was...strangely placed Batarian bodies. They seemed to be dead, and tens of them were either piled up, kept on the floor, or stuck on a wall...this was purposefully here... --------------------- ...and there goes one of the Centurions, falling dead on the floor. The remaining forces tried to scour out the drone.

Serendipity: "What the hell is this?" [b]She stood, and looked into the room with shock. Noble did the same, clearly taken aback [/b] //// [b]The drone cloaked and moved away, before shooting down a second centurion, quickly followed by a third [/b]

The door behind them locked...almost like this was a trap. There was no way of bypassing the door behind them; they were completely locked in. The sound of shuffling went on. ----------------- "Crap! Everyone in!" One of the remaining Phantoms yelled, with everyone rushing into the room, while the Centurions dropped to death from the drone.

Noble:"What the..." [b]Noble and Serendipity raised their rifles, looking around the room.[/b] //// [spoiler]Dropped to death[/spoiler] [b]Ghost and the others quickly moved in as the Cerberus troops retreated and fired off a few rounds [/b]

"Something tells me things are gonna to go REALLY bad from here." Kasumi whispered to the group, the door up ahead proving such with more dead Batarian and Alliance bodies huddled near the door. ----------------------- One Assault Trooper died from the shots that were shot, with the remaining troopers making their way to the bridge, the door leading to the place needing bypass. Twelve Batarians came in, unarmed. They looked scared, but hostile. [spoiler]-Engage the Batarians -Focus on the door[/spoiler]

Edited by A Stormy Dio: 3/16/2017 12:59:23 AMThere was two datapads on the floor...one was needed to be hacked, the other was an audio file... from about half an hour ago. -------------- Behind the door, laid Guardians holding a few feet away from the door, with the fleeing troops holding their weapons up behind them. The Batarians simply ran like hell the way that the trip had came from.

Noble seemingly ended up with the result of...a scared Batarian. "[i]They aren't working for us...Cerberus had turned this damn ship into a testing rink for...their 'new project', they say. Project Lazarus 2.0, they said. She's been trying to kill every single damn Batarian on this ship. She might have headaches, and for some reason, some people she knew give her headaches. Small chip in her *static*. I think they found...*gunfire* *end*[/i] It ended there, the corpse of the Batarian in the message slumped nearby on a wall. When Serendipity hacked the pad, it contained 30,000 credits and an additional tidbit of corrupted data..yet it was hackable. By a professional Cerberus engineer, however...

Any ways out?" //// [b]The trio watched, shocked as the Batarians ran. They got behind the doorway, using the frame as cover. The drone moved into the room with the Cerberus troops[/b]

"Only way is through there." Kasumi had said, pointing to the bloodied door. A feeling of dread washed over them from the door. But why? -------------- The drone would've again, seen a LOT of Cerberus soldiers in there, dead Batarians on the chairs at the control.

[b]Talath and Scorch grimaced, but remained prepared for whatever may happen The drone, began spinning around rapidly and lighting the room up with blaster fire [/b]

Another sound was heard behind the door. Which consisted of just plain shuffling. Something was in there...that belonged to Cerberus...and that wanted their blood. -------------------- The drone, although managing to kill a few more assault troopers with its blasters, was shot down by a Widow shot. A [url=https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/208/images/262-5-1401441533.jpg]person[/url] walked up to the drone, its Widow Rifle armed and ready. "Well, hello there, little fella." She says, before blasting the drone into bits with her M-11 pistol.

Noble: "Can you get door open." Serendipity: "I'm not having at luck." ///// [b]As she stood there, the doors to the bridge were raided, and a taser shot hit her square in the back The trio switched to lethal shots as they shot the rest of the bridge up[/b]

Wat?[/spoiler] The door opened suddenly...and three Phantoms charged at them with their swords...behind them was a figure shrouded by the darkness of the room...yet a white glowing eye had only been seen on the figure. Behind her were two Nemesis's armed with pistols. "Crap." The thief said, as the Phantoms begin to prince on them. -------------- White the Guardians tried to hold out against the oncoming trio, the Infiltrator tried to reach for her pistol, using her AI Hacking ability to try to hack...well, anything, at this point, her omni-tool activating.

[b]Noble raised his battle rifle, three bullets finding themselves buried into one of the Phantom's chests. Another three found themselves buried in a second, and the final three he fired were buried into the third and final phantom [/b] //// [b]It worked, and the drone that had been shot down rose into the air and flew around wildly, clearly damaged. Ghost switched back to taser mode, shooting the woman in the back again[/b]

This left the two Nemesis, and the unknown figure, who proceeded to motion the Nemesis to fire on them. She cloaks as well, as two more Phantom jump behind them, one of which ended up struggling with Kasumi over her gun. ----------------------- This shot down her shields, and almost made her unconscious. She kicked Ghost with her leg very lightly, while barely grabbing her gun. One of the Phantoms launched itself toward Ghost, the remaining soldiers focusing on the other two. "I...could...help...you." She almost muttered out, although it sounded more slurred than actually talking.

Noble's shield had taken a bulk of the damage, and he rushed to the thief's aid[/b] ///// [b]Scorch lobbed a grenade, which broke into several smaller grenades as it hit the ceiling and exploded through the room near the enemy Ghost ducked down and pulled her by her foot, bringing her towards him and hitting her on the side of the head with his blaster[/b]

Edited by A Stormy Dio: 3/16/2017 10:54:25 PMOf course, the thief didn't know much about close-combat, minus her own Omni-tool...so she proceeded to awkwardly kick the Phantom, trying to pry her off her weapon. Multiple bullets sprayed across the area wildly as the two held for control. "Yeah, help would be appreciated!" She says. The Phantoms dodged the bullets with their swords, lunging toward the turian, as the unknown feminine figure simply activated her Omni-too, stumbling back as something came to her head. ------------------- With the unconscious Infiltrator Shepard down, this left...well, the control panels to deal with, considering the Cerberus troopers lied dead on the ground, body parts everywhere from the explosion. There was the main console in the middle, with two monitors attached to it; a data pad nearby with some info, and a 2100 credit chit inside one of the dead batarian's pockets.

[b]Noble crashed into Kasumi and the Phantom, sending both to the floor in a sprawl. Serendipity moved back, and drew her own phantom sword obtained from a previous mission. She clashed against the enemies blades, fighting with strength and speed rather that precion[/b]

Both the thief and the Phantom fell to the floor with Noble, Kasumi somehow chuckling...for some reason. The Phantoms clashed with the turian's sword, the Nemesis running to the woman, trying to somewhat calm her down.

[b]Noble fired two rounds from a hand gun into the phantom's side, and pulled Kasumi off quickly ///// Serendipity kicked one of them in the chest, then stabbed into the phantom's back, quickly withdrawing it and getting into a defensive stance[/b]
