Around his hand formed a blue flame which he held out to shake. "It's good to meet ya. I'm sure we'll be great friends!" He said in tone that hinted at the opposite.

Garin didn't accept the handshake and backed away slowly. "Yeah, I just... Have something to attend to..." [spoiler]Post Incoming[/spoiler]

Garin grinned and said, "Bill, who the hell are you?" He unsheathed one of his swords.

"A loaded question, with even more loaded answers!" He laughed for a moment. "I'm an agent of chaos, friend. Do you know what chaos really is?" He leaned, in floating off of the ground. "Fear." His eyes turned dark red, the pupils turning into black slits. Crimson flames poured out of them, and he began to morph into what looked like a dark red triangle with a top hat and a single eye.

[spoiler]Oh no, it is that Bill...[/spoiler] [spoiler]AAAAAAARGH[/spoiler] "Well, Bill..." His eyes caught fire and his swords lengthened. "You obviously don't know true fear."

"Hilarious!" He laughed, his voice becoming demonic. The world around them faded, leading them to a void between dimensions. It looked like an insane hell, full of pain and suffering. Screams and maniacal laughter erupted across the crimson terrain as Bill grew larger and stronger. "[u]WELCOME TO THE PARTY![/u]"

"Isn't Hell my kinda thing?" Red energy began to crackle around his hands as he pointed his swords at Bill. "Cero Rojo." Dual beams of red energy shot out from Garin's swords and into Bill.

The slapped into him and he stumbled back, only disoriented. [u]"POOR CHOICE OF ACTION!"[/u] Chains shot out of the ground, and grappled onto Garin's arms and ankles. They began to sear and electrocute his flesh but didn't cause any wounds, instead only pain.
