When teaching, he carries only a sidearm, but favors a Dark Drinker and Colovance in actual combat. He's patient, gentle, and unflappable. And as a teacher, maybe a bit boring, since he believes in keeping his kids safe. Gloria admires him greatly, and he likes her the way any teacher likes a well-behaved and capable student. He and Marshall have a decent relationship but sometimes an adversarial one. Petra has a bit of hero worship for him because they're both Titans. She also has him pretty much twisted around her little finger, because of her size and insufferable cuteness!
