The Council was pretty much in complete disarray, with Tevos leaving for Thessia and the Alliance being able to focus on rebuilding efforts. Peace went on for a few months...then, Cerberus reappeared, and Tevos went to war with Council space. We don't know what exactly happened to cause this, by in my personal opinion, I would believe that Cerberus caused some form of manipulation." He says.
