Tatakai...
BTW, this is for plot. Not for all this invasion stuff that is happening.
"...and done!" Valeria had yelled, Silesia, Merrick, and Vel watching her. She was repairing engines, trying to rework and possibly upgrade the Deimos after their trip to Eden Prime. They were well away from the Dojo, between the beginnings of the Ko Rudo Mountains and the Forests.
The ship's VI had activated, saying, "Merrick, Admiral Hackett is hailing you. Patching in now."
Merrick had ran through the ship, passing by Cryark, who was rearming the armory with a few Alliance soldiers they picked up.
He reached the galaxy map, where the map was replaced by Hackett himself. Merrick somewhat nodded, and said, "Hackett."
"Merrick. It's been awhile. 6 damn years since you guys were split." Hackett reminisced about, putting a hand to his chin.
"Let me guess; time for the little alliance negotiations with the turians?" He asked.
"You've read my mind. Victus is willing to stay here for as long as needed, but not forever; the Asari are still at war with them." Hackett responded. "Once you come to Arcturus Station, you'll most likely spend about a week at least here. Reporters will swarm both you guys and the Tatakai members."
"Of course; we'll make sure to punch the reporters in the face if they come too close" Merrick responded, the two men sharing a chuckle.
"I don't believe that'll be necessary; however, I'll need to talk to you personally once you reach Arcturus Station. It's about Cerberus. You can tell your fellow compatriots once we're done." Hackett responds, before saying, "I'll see you there. Hackett out."
The holo was replaced by the galaxy map, as Merrick stepped out of the ship, Peacekeeper looking around the place.
"Notify anyone who's in the current vicinity that's a memeber of this damn Dojo if they want to represent this planet to the Alliance. Or just wants to see space." Merrick responded to the Prime, who nodded and sent out a broadcast about the location of the Deimos, where they were going, and what they'd be doing.
Since my other four are busy with shit... Have this guy
And so, two jeeps came to a halt near the Deimos, and several Militia troops piled out. They were led by an eighth man, Pilot Jack Cooper. The man who was in the wrong place at the right time. Jack, approached the Deimos
-
Lmao
Merrick was out on the door to the Deimos, cleaning off an M-8 Avenger, when he sees Jack coming over. He motions Peacekeeper to authorize that they're Dojo memebers, which he does, before walking up to Jack. "I'm guessing your here for the Alliance meeting?" He asks.
-
"Indeed. Frontier Militia. Representing the Frontier Militia, and the Dojo."
-
"Alright then; you need room for eight, I'm guessing?" Merrick asked, before pointing to the troops with the Pilot. "Have all your gear?"
-
"Indeed we do! Ready whenever."
-
"Well, we'd need to see if anyone else comes. But make yourself at home, I guess." Merrick replies, him and the Geth staying outside.
-
"You have my Thanks." The Eight men entered the ship
-
In the main part of the ship, Silsia was seen tearing her biotics, while the asari was also staring at the galaxy map.
-
"Seth, Marker take the men to the sleeping quarters if you can find it." The two nodded, and seven men fanned out through the ship looking for the quarters. Jack meanwhile, walked over to the galaxy map
-
Silsia noticed him, but never looked toward him, as she asks, "So...I'm guessing your people have gone to space? Won't be surprised if you say yes or no." The Asari replied, deactivating her biotics.
-
Jack examined the Map, looking for something "Yeah. I come from there." He pointed towards one of the systems "Don't reckon you've every been to that system."
-
"Not that I could recall. Unless Merrick had decided to pay a little visit there, I'd have no clue." Silsia responded, "What about that System?"
-
"Planet Harmony is there. My home basically."
-
Edited by A Stormy Dio: 2/20/2017 7:48:23 PM"Your home, huh?" she asks, as she points to another system multiple other systems away. "That's my home; Illium. Nice place, full of traders and commandos and the like." She responds, "You think the Milita would be willing to help the Alliance like their going to do to the Dojo?" She asks.
-
"The Militia Needs all the help it can get against the IMC."
-
"And the Alliance needs as much help as it gets sending support against the asari. Maybe it'll be a sort of deal if negotiations go right." She responds, sending a small smile his way.
-
"Yeah. They help us. We help them."
-
"Yeah. Plus, you might have the turians lend you a few cruisers. They're called the galaxy's most powerful military for a reason, you know." She responds, as she grabs a whiskey from the fridge. "Help yourself. Don't drink anything that's labeled as dextro-amino, though; it'll give you cramps for days." Silsia responds.
-
"Turians are the most powerful military? Huh... The more you know."
-
"Well, at least for now. The Asari Wars are going on, merc groups are still fighting each other, you know; the normal stuff in the galaxy; cold change in a heartbeat." She responds. "Expect a lot of reporters to crowd us."
-
"Reporters? Why would they take an interest in Militia?"
-
"They'd take any news on any other species or any humans they haven't known. You'd be surprised how many people are gonna come after hearing that three different groups of powerful people are joining together as an alliance." She responds, a smirk on her face. "Especially considering we used to be real famous with the Alliance." She adds in, before sitting on a booth nearby, drinking her whiskey.
-
"Huh. I'll tell the men to watch out for these snakes."
-
"Alliance soldiers should deal with most of them on our way in. We can casually look around the station for about a week before negotiations actually take place; that's the reporters you need to look out for." She replied.
-
"Maybe we should shoot them. Hehe."
