So About The Whole "Become Legend" Thing...
Am I the only one that feels like they were much more of a legend back when they were a level 15?

Hell yeah! For example Ive played since year 1 and when you got an exotic back then it was like "wow I finally got it"!! but now it's too common to get them. Still fun tho😆
