[u][i][b]A Not So Happy Valentines Day.[/b][/i][/u]
[i][b]Outside the Hayes' Cave, 0800 Hours[/b][/i]
[i]Mortar is in a surprisingly good mood as he strolls up to the Hayes' cave, a bouquet of flowers bound by a silver ring in his hand and a really wide smile on his face. Despite his slight depression on Valentines day's past, he seemed to be more relieved with this one, finally having a date.. He is just about to knock on the door when he gets a phone call from an unknown number. He sighs, answering the phone. As he puts it up to his ear, his smile begins to fade, a sense of urgency replacing it. He hangs up, backing away from the cave and calling for Crossbow and a couple other people... Something is definitely wrong[/i]

[b]And so, as the call ended, Royal stepped out of the shadows Beside Mortar [/b] "What a day eh? You gonna tell me what happened or?" [b]Royal asked as he followed along [/b] [spoiler]You're alive! [/spoiler]

[spoiler]I am? Oh, can you send me a noose?[/spoiler] *Mortar looks at Royal, his face rather confused, concerned, and shocked* The Exiled have mutinied against Cyan... They're holding her for ransom

Wait... you mean you kind of expected this?

"They've been through a lot. With the Aether, the Twilight, the angels."

I don't think they were fighting the Angels. As for the Aether... I think they're cool. Now that they're revolting, I'm not so sure...

"So what's the plan? You're the boss this time around."

*Mortar nods* We're going into the forest and will try to negotiate. If we can't we will fight.

"I'll tell Kross and Nathaniel to meet us there. Anyone else coming along?"

I'll find Crossbow, and Reese is coming too

"Reese.. That's the guy that came with Clara correct?"

Yeah, he's her father.

"So the six of us? Huh this should go well... I can a few Dight up here if needed"

That could work. We don't know HOW much of the Exiled has mutinied, so better safe than sorry.

[b]Royal nodded as he tapped something into his tac pad [/b] "Message has gone out... We'll see who shows."

Right. *Cross suddenly appears next to Mortar, ready to go*

"Hey Crossbow." [b]Royal nodded towards the skeleton [/b] "We'll need to make a base of operations. Work on a plan if everything goes wrong."

Mortar: Yeah, that'll be best. *A portal opens up, Reese stepping through holding another PST* Reese: What happened? Where's Cyan?

[b]The group entered Dojoville, and Royal started leading them towards a safe house [/b] "All will be explained."

*Reese nods a little, following the group*

[b]Royal stopped in front of a two story tall building, and went through the front door. As the group followed, they entered a room in which there were several boxes. Food, water, and ammunition were in the crates, with the right hand wall being covered in swords and Guns that were on shelves [/b]

Cross: Nice place. *Mortar and Reese observe the boxes and weapons, a little Intrigue filling Mortar.* Mortar: How long have you had this place?

"Hmm? Oh yeah. Uh I don't really remember? This Is technically a pocket dimension. It's set into the door, so that when I go inside I go into the safe house. When someone else goes inside, it's a living room." [b]Royal pressed a button on the wall and from the middle of the room, a stone table rose from the ground[/b]

Reese: Well, that's kind of strange. Mortar: Nevermind. Let's set up a plan
