It's a green rarity emblem. It's not worth your time, there are better things you can be doing, just saying.

Well, do you have it? I put it on all my characters to say hey, look what I did.

Why does it matter what rarity it is? It shows that you accomplished something. The beta and alpha emblems are green rarity and are still some of the most prestigious emblems in game.
