[b]Watcher, observed from a distance.
The island really wasn't far, might take a few minutes to get to. But actually scanning it would be a different story, it was rather large [/b]

I circle around it, putting on my sniper's suit and grabbing my rifle as the ship uses topograhpical charts, radar, sonar, GPS.....any info it could get.

[b]The island was a rather generic one, some Hills and mountains. With a large forest covering most of the island itself. [/b]

I set the bird down on the beach, and land in the sand as it takes off again. I used my comms set to make sure you were listening "Check, check, one-two-three"

"This is Watcher. You at the island?"

"Yeah, starting my probing.....my bird's feed is open, use that will ya?"

"Bird feed? Why would I use bird food?" [b]He seemed genuinely confused for a moment [/b]

"-blam!- it" I start to enter to forest, rifle at the ready as I climb a tree and traverse the treeline

[b]The trees are pretty high up, and gives enough room to see anything below you. But it doesn't seem like anyone came through here [/b]

I use the treeline to stay above the ground as I look around for anything, heading deeper in

[b]The terrain gets rougher, and it seems like more caves leading down are popping out. Suddenly, a set of armor is seen on the ground, mostly covered by nature [/b]

I watch it through my rifle, and upload the scope's feed to the link "You seein' this?"

"Is that-" [b]Watcher paused. [/b] "That's one of ours."

"it's been here a while. You might want to consider sending actual troops here"

"They troops have missing a week, it must be recent... There's no other way."

"Hmph. I'm heading deeper" I drop down and enter a cave

[b]The cave was dark, and as Alpha went through he tripped on a second body [/b]

I hold back a curse....and steel myself. I shiver involuntarily as I enter the cave, and hum a tune that you'd never heard before. It was a mildly comforting tune, but seemed old and sad
