Mind actually describing Ian? I don't know what he looks like, his weapons, or anything. At least give me a reason to write a paragraph or two.
English

He was dressed in a black leather trench coat and military pants, much like Garin did. He carried no visible weapons, only his satchel- though his satchel was enchanted so that it was nearly bottomless. He looked like his brother, but his hair was jet black, and his eyes glowed the color of burning coals- an effect of his vampirism.
Eh, I can work with this.
Into the vampire's view came Irina, the Vileblood, who looked...considerably serious, mostly because she would've let out a sarcastic remark or something of the sort by now. Her body was wrapped and clothed in a white fabric long coat, in a similar fashion to her previous one, as she wore a pair of tight carbon black pants completed with dark grey combat boots and laced gloves. It was a significant outfit change, to say the least. She didn't even have her signature tricorne hat, which usually hid away her silver-blonde hair that was tied in a long ponytail. Her stern light blue eyes stared at the vampire, before a smirk crossed her pale face. At her waist was a 45-70 Gov. revolver, while a 12-gauge semi-automatic shotgun was strapped onto her back. Held within her right hand was her Rakuyo - a sword/dagger combination, the serrated dagger protruding from the brass handle. Strapped within her coat's pocket was Bliss' darksaber, which was sheathed, and a Light Shining In Darkness - Grant's signature pistol that he had passed down to her upon her promotion as an NCR Ranger. "You know why I'm here, munchkin," She said, with sadistic laughter. "Let's get this over with."
-
"Did you just call me munchkin, Irina?" He pulled a 3 foot sword out of satchel while his eyes grew brighter by the second.
-
"Of course I did. You're short, adorable-looking, and...ooh, what's with the eyes? You look a little angry." Irina only paced around Ian, that sadistic smile still etched upon her face. She twirled the sword and dagger, the sharpened blades - the blades that had murdered hundreds of innocent men and women - as she circled her next target, seeming as if this was merely a simple chat.
-
"You're almost worse than me, you know that? You don't know regret like I do, Irina. You simply know your crimes, not the effects. But now... you will." The light emanating from his eyes was blindingly bright.
-
"...I don't know regret?" The smile turned into maniacal laughter, as Irina stopped in her tracks. "I've caused the very deaths of my mother, father, and husband - over the murder of a child that would have become a beast. I've wasted ten years - TEN YEARS - fighting against a foe for some damn queen. I've betrayed and murdered my way to the top for others, and the one time I try to do good, a child dies because of my very failure." At this point, Irina was yelling, her mood taking a swift turn. "...But now? Now, I won't regret my actions. Especially not this one." She said sternly, as she began walking straight towards Ian.
-
He twirled his sword as he began to run towards her.
-
"Your first mistake - your rash attitude leading to you sprinting towards a combatant immediately, instead of surveying them for weaknesses." Irina spoke loud and clear, as she simply walked towards Ian still,
