Ghiaccio heaved the Street sign up and threw it at her chest, lodging it into her armor. He chuckled as he started to leave the room, First Q, now Elvis. It was like Christmas, oh wait it almost is!

An extremely bright beam of light fires from it, cutting through the wall of the building like butter as the beam quickly moves towards his legs.* [spoiler]Sorry to kind of cut you off, but you never said when he entered the room and this attack was planned to happen then... Also, I need to warn you, if you aren't okay with dismemberment in this fight then Ghiaccio better run.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]lol he can take it.[/spoiler] The beam cut through his legs rather cleanly and efficiently. Though there was no pained yelp from him as he laid there as his severed legs were right in front of him. This wasn't enough to put him down, the wound was slowly clotting to prevent blood loss. [spoiler]There's a really fuсking obvious weakness to this FYI. No he can't just magically sprout new legs either, it takes a pretty long time.[/spoiler]
