The replies aren't the problem. You're losing steam currently because other threads are showing up. I think that's indicative of other people not enjoying the thread, but only taking part in it because it's the only thing left. Or rather - was, the only thing left.

And I commend you for encouraging people to make other threads. Nor was this post to stir hate; it's an inspirational speech for the attackers to get their loins throbbing for a fight. My opinion? The New Dojo is a shadow of what it formerly was. It is a flagrant insult to the original. Other people are getting bored and it's time to end the thread. My personal beliefs are made a bloated idea in this post. And it is all for comedic effect. I do not think the thread is that bad. FN was certainly worse. But it's not as good as it's predecessor.

The middle dojo was the best. But it also had 100 less people. The original was not as good as you remember. Feel free to check it out. One liners, crap stories, Lenny spam. And remember kaneki, Sal and vex always going at it?

Yes, but that had some shred of integrity. That was where the great RPers that most of the community look up to were forged. This is part of the cycle, yes, but today's role players are too focused on story. Thematic element. Introduction. It's like raising a kid on soy milk instead of breastmilk. They're not gonna grow up to be that good if they're watered down by quality early on.
