[b]Royal created a ward around himself, protecting him from bullets as a nine millimeter hand gun formed in his hand
He fired off a few shots, aimed at Riccardo's legs [/b]

[b]Ricardo jumped in the air, avoiding them and then dove down onto royal, kicking him on his descent.[/b]

[b]Royal stepped back from the kick, but formed his sword in his other hand and slashed at Ricardo's chest [/b]

[b]Ricardo took the hit, and his poncho absorbed some of the hit. He stepped back, then reloaded his revolver while backing up. He kept his guard up the whole time.[/b]

[b]Royal kept the offensive, with every step Ricardo took backwards, Royal took one step forward, stabbing, slashing and blocking as he did so [/b]

Edited by Haknir: 12/20/2016 4:51:21 AM[b]Ricardo did a backwards roll quickly, gaining enough distance as royal slashed. He took one more step back letting Royal attack when he pulled out his revolver and shot off two shots to royal's chest.[/b]

[spoiler]I hate auto correct.[/spoiler] [b]Ricardo jumped to the side, avoiding the bullets, and then put his pistol away. He did something weird with his poncho again, swinging it back. It started to glow more and he pulled out his knife. It was on fire. He moved quicker and slid by royal, slicing at his knees.[/b]

[b]Royal, quite literally tap danced away, the dagger only scratching his armor as Royal fired off his final two bullets at Ricardo as he slid by [/b]

[b]The glowing poncho caught the bullets, only leaving Ricardo with bruises on his body. He turned around and stood up. He started slashing at royal aggressively while keeping light on his feet.[/b]

"What the hell is that poncho made of?!" [b]Royal kept a steady defense, blocking most of the hits that came at him and also throwing some of his own slashes [/b]

"Just some enchanted fabric." [b]Ricardo started using the rest of his body, kicking and punching while attacking with the knife.[/b]

[b]As Ricardo kicked at him, his guard was let down and Royal took the opportunity to stab at Ricardo's chest, as the kick hit his side [/b]

[b]Ricardo fell to the stab, but followed through with the kick, knocking royal back.[/b]

[b]Royal spun sword in his hand as he moved back [/b]

[b]Ricardo quickly drew his handgun again while he spun the sword, shooting off a couple of bullets.[/b]

[b]His ward remained strong, it didn't seem like guns would be particularly useful [/b]

[spoiler]Does the Ward ever go away?[/spoiler] [b]Seeing this, the vaquero got particularly angry and the knife became engulfed in raging flames. He got up quickly and stabbed at royal twice.[/b]

As he moves back, he parries the blows and thrusts as Ricardo [/b]

[b]Ricardo moved back, only letting the attack barely hit him. He swept his leg low tripping Royal and then stabbed him.[/b]

[b]Since Royal was already moving back, when Ricardo retreated backwards and kicked at him, all he did was kick and stab the air. Royal was now some feet away, and as the the stab wildly went through the air he rushed forward, hitting Ricardo's blade directly in the center of it, slashing it to the side. At the same time he stepped forward, and pressed the tip of his blade into Ricardo's throat, on his Adam's apple. His nine millimeter was pointed at Ricardo with his other hand, below the poncho to actually do some damage [/b] "You fight well Ricardo. Very well."

[b]Ricardo laughed. [/b] "Apparently not well enough, but I'm still not dead." [b]As he said that, he dropped to the ground and hit the gun away from him. While he was on the ground, he used both feet, shoving royal away.[/b]

"I'm not going to kill you. [b]Royal sheathed his sword, and put away his gun [/b] "If that's the price for your soul, I'm not doing it."

[b]He put his weapons away as well.[/b] "Fine then, I'll find some other use for this." [b]He began to walk away, to someone else it seemed. He was obviously losing his mind.[/b]

"Farewell, Ricardo." [b]Royal sighed, walking off [/b]
