Stuck in Trial Mode

Recently bought a new Xbox One S, reinstalled Destiny and it says I'm in Trial Mode and can't play any content relevant to any of the DLC's. So, I hooked my old one back up, and it works fine. I think I know why, but I don't know how to fix it. So on the old xbox I have the Destiny Expansion Pass installed, and then I TTK, and I also have Dark Below and House of Wolves individually, despite having the expansion pass. On my new Xbox, I'm only missing the Destiny Expansion Pass. But I still have Dark Below, House of Wolves, TTK, and Rise of Iron all installed individually. So, I went to look on the store to try and reinstall the expansion pass from the store and it isn't available even for install. So, why am I not able to play Rise of Iron (or ANY of the dlc's content)? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I've tried removing and readding my account. I've talked to Microsoft support and I'm just at a loss.
