Their comms crackle to life, an unfamiliar voice is heard.
"Blue team, be advised friendlies are in the area. Do not engage, I repeat, do not engage friendlies. Over."

Copy that. I thought we were the only team out here, over.

"Officially, you are. We just got word that ONI is deploying a team in the area as well. Proceed with caution, over." The figure in the distance is moving in on the Dojo from a different direction.

Copy that, over and out. [b]Blue Team moved into the Dojo, evading everyone, silent like snow.[/b] Prepare for combat. *clicking of weapons*

A new IFF tag appears on the team's HUD, labeled SE1.

Okay. Move to him, quickly. Evade all questions if possible. [b]They moved towards his marker, weapons at the ready.[/b]

The marker seems to be moving faster that should be possible for normal humans, gradually moving towards them. Seconds later two more IFFs pop up, labeled SE2 and SE3.

Shit. Hold position. [b]They stop, preparing for a gunfight.[/b]

A new voice channel opens to the team. "Spartan Blue, this is Siera Echo lead. What's your status, over?" The man's voice is quiet and raspy.

Holding position meters away, over. [b]You notice his voice doesn't sound quite like the Master Chief's.[/b]

"Acknowledged. Decloaking, stand by." Three figures shimmer into existence rpughly five meters ahead. All are clad in Mjolnir armor.

Damn it. [b]They moved forward, putting away their weapons. Fred was missing, however. [/b] Good to see another Spartan team out here.

The leader of the group, number 1, steps forward while lowering his assault rifle. "Likewise Blue team. Didn't expect them to send you."

I personally didn't expect an assignment here. So, [b]He put away his rifle.[/b] Why are [i]you[/i] here?

"Classified information, level black. All you need to know is we need to get inside." He replies. The other two Spartans are crouched in the snow nearby, still as stone.

All right. Good hunting. [b]He turned and started to walk off, then pulled out his rifle and fired at them, the others following suit.[/b]

The Spartan's energy shields flare up as they dive for cover, returning fire as they do.

[b]While the main Spartans exchange fire, Fred flanks them, smoking them out with grenades. [/b]

A sniper round rings out from somewhere nearby, hitting Fred it the shoulder.

[b]Fred stumbles, but makes it inside a building.[/b] Damn! Should've known they would have a sniper set up somewhere.

"Blue team! Stand down!" Orders the leader, their IFF tags switching off.
