[spoiler]This should be interesting.[/spoiler] [b]Audax gets out [i]lightning[/i] and starts mowing down Fortis's soldiers. Fortis flanks Audax's forces on the left and fires at them from over a pile of sandbags. Audax's army quickly advances on Fortis's.[/b] "Damn, I forgot Audax has that chain gun..." [b]Audax's soldiers push Fortis's back all the way to the end of the wall. Meanwhile, Fortis had snuck around the end of Audax. He kicked his legs out from under him and stabbed his sword down. Audax managed to catch it in his hands, but Fortis had set a trap. Dozens of his soldiers had sprung up behind the enemy army and started mowing them down. With Audax's forces having to fight a war on two fronts and with very little cover, they quickly fell. Audax pushed Fortis away and had just enough time to grab his hammer. He swung it with both hands at Fortis's head, but Fortis blocked with his shield. Audax's shoulder mounted guns gunned down any of Fortis's troops that got within range. Fortis slammed his shield into Audax's chest and followed with a sweep at the legs. Audax jumped over the blade as it whizzed under him and brought his hammer down as he fell. Fortis used his wings to lunge backward, just out of Audax's reach. Audax kicked Fortis over, as he was off balance and swung his hammer at him. Fortis rolled to the left just in time, and used both his feet to kick Audax. Fortis followed with a few shots to Audax's head with his rifle. Audax had grabbed a giant boulder from the wreckage and threw it at Fortis. Fortis shot it in mid air and it exploded, but there was still hundreds of tons of rock falling on him. Fortis was buried underneath the giant pile of rubble, and Audax had his guns ready if Fortis managed to escape. Suddenly, all the rocks exploded outward and the field was showered with gravel. Fortis flew at Audax and slammed into him. Fortis flew him up into space, cut his right arm off, and threw him back down to the dojo. Audax crashed to the floor and Fortis came after him, flying at him with his sword directed at Audax's chest. When he hit the ground, Fortis found his sword buried two feet deep into Audax's body. He started to pull it out, but Audax's (good) hand grabbed Fortis by the leg and slammed him into the ground. Audax then took Fortis's sword out of his chest and started assailing Fortis with his own weapon. Fortis blocked Audax's swipes with his shield, and fired at him with his rifle. Audax lunged at Fortis's leg and sliced it in half. Fortis took this moment of Audax being off balance to jump in his back and start pounding the life out of him with his shield. After about a minute, Audax's back fell apart, exposing his chassis. Audax, in one last push, punched Fortis in the shoulder. Fortis didn't seem to mind, and ripped out Audax's core. Audax fell to the ground, lifeless.[/b]
