[spoiler]Well, that's what I get for replying late at night lmao. Sorry, I wasn't thinking straight.[/spoiler] The back of Rhys's armor seems to open, constructing a pair of wings, but they're not whole - they're an exoskeleton. The lightning around his body consumes the exoskeleton, making it look as if the "wings" had feathers. Then, without a thought, Rhys lunges into the air - his thrusters assisting him during flight. He lands on the rooftop with Mulligan. Rhys then taps the bottom of his pommel's, the blades on his swords collapse - creating chains. Lightning begins to coarse around the weapon, something else was on it too... fire. Rhys had a feeling the man might be immune to it - or at least highly resistant - but he still attempted this tactic anyway. He swings the electrified, superheated bladed chains towards Mulligan - The chains being so hot, that they can practically cut through anything due to the mixture of vibranium and tritium put into the blades.
