Rhys kneels down, grabbing the soil beneath them. He holds it in his palm; smoke begins to rise from it as his grip tightens. Orange circuits of electricity start to whirl around his finger tips - then slowly begin to travel up his arms, until finally, the lightning covers his body. As he stands, an exoskeleton of what seems like wings protrudes from his back. The lightning consumes them, making it appear as if there are electrified feathers. His hands then get wrapped in some form of gauntlets, they have an ominous glow around them. His wrist then opens up, and out forms a mechanical bow, the limbs snapping into place, and the wire magnetically strapping to each of the limb tips. An arrow gets notched into place for him, it's tip a bright yellow-orange; superheated. "Ready."
