[/spoiler] Weapons: Hurricane: A massive cleaver sword destined to hack and slash its way in a fury, either leaving one good cut, or one mangled body. There is a notch upon it, and a head sized circle cut out in the blade near the top. Gust: His free hand consists of a bandage like wrap, but can be controlled to grab and whip things. Electricity courses through it. Powers: Air, water, storm, and lightning manipulation Can direct electrical energy straight to his muscles. Turn into all states of matter. (Water like)
