He stands up, his aura growing as he gathers power.
"Heh, that fire of yours definitely is something else though, when I fought cobalt I guess he wasn't at his peek. I have a feeling if he used what you had, I would have lost."

"You fought him... what, back in the Old Dojo? Back then, that was his peak, I think. After that, his flame got a lot stronger. And this is a fragment of what he ended with, I think. What he used in our last encounter." JJ looks at the flame dancing across his hand, before closing it and looking back up. "But enough sentimentality. Come on!" JJ formed an ashen hand gun in his hand, a classic revolver by the looks of it. He fires four rounds, slowly walking away from Zane.

He quickly conjures a Greatsword to block the shots, then switches to a spear and jumps high in the air. "Have at thee!" He rapidly descends, bringing the spear down on JJ. [spoiler]You know, the shit that noctis does in XV[/spoiler]

"I'm good." JJ's revolver quickly forms into a shield, slapping away the spear, which should open Zane's guard. JJ draws his sword, slinging fire at Zane as it exits. He then goes in for a stab, aimed at Zane's heart, with his shield up on his left side.

His aura flares up to protect him from the fire, and he switches back to his Greatsword to block the attack aimed at his heart. "Huh, starting to think your actually trying to kill me..." He swings, knocking away JJ's blade and goes to shoulder check him.

JJ takes the shoulder check, but recovers. "Yeah, trust me, I don't want this to end either. It's good training. But, everyone else is watching us, and they expect this to end with blood. So, how about it?" JJ steps back, and levels his blade at Zane, then waves it in a "come here" motion before returning to a defensive stance.

He shakes his head, and various weapons float around him. "Sorry, but I made an oath never to kill a fellow member. So I guess il just have to beat you into submission." He grabs a longsword, and sends his weapons at JJ.

JJ conjures an ash wall, and sends it directly at Zane, blocking the weapons. "Just a quick question. Aren't you using a sim?"

He flips over the wall, and brings a heavy Greatsword down on JJ. "Nope, never got my dna registered."

JJ turns his shield into a stream of ash, sending it directly into Zane's chest, and he directs it to the side, throwing Zane off course. "So we're both the real thing. Let's see who can give in first, since I'm not exactly keen on killing you." JJ then forms two separate knives from the ash, and stabs them into Zane's right kneecap.

He grunts, but manages to form a serrated knife and stabs it into JJ side. "Ah good, your not a bloodthirsty savage like the rest of this damn dojo...." He rips out the knife and stabs it into JJ's leg.

Since the knife was formed from the ash JJ had hit Zane with a moment before, the knife simply crumbled against JJ's leg. It did no damage whatsoever. JJ kicked Zane in the nose, then stepped backwards from Zane. "I don't really take pleasure in killing my friends. Which is why I want to avoid the alternative." He then formed a pike, sending it flying towards Zane's shoulder at close range. "And if you get badly hurt, I can heal it all. Same goes for me, so don't hold back."

The pike pierced into his shoulder as he staggers back, blood dripping from his nose. He quickly focuses on isolating the ash that entered his system to prevent another internal attack. "If you insist...." Aura flares around him as his weapons return to him and start to glow. He breaths in deep, his eyes locked on JJ. [b]Limit break #2: Rapid Finisher[/b] He quickly dashes to JJ, knocking him into the air with his heavy blade. He then sends all his spears, pikes and tridents at JJ that impale his arms and legs. He finishes by throwing his heavy blade up at JJ, warping and slamming it downward on his back and sending him crashing into the ground.

[spoiler] I don't wanna do this, but that attack would probably kill JJ, or render him nearly dead.[/spoiler] JJ gets thrown into air, but quickly summons an ash wall to stop the polearms. However, he's still hit by the sword hitting him in the back. JJ conjures ash to hit Zane in the face, throwing him and his sword off of JJ. He then stands up, filling the wound with ash. "Ow... That hurt, you bastard!" The red aura of Rage appears slightly, but fades as JJ shows obvious concentration. "No... not at this stage." JJ then summons a wall of ashen daggers, and throws them at Zane as he tends to his wound.

He starts to grin, an idea forming. "You want some more? Il give it to you!" He dashes over to JJ, delivering a gut punch and then punting him away while he's catching his breath.

JJ skids backwards, digging his heels into the ground. No red aura appears. "I know what you're doing. Trust me, do that and it'll be worse for you." He then drops into a defensive stance, waiting for Zane to make another move.

"Come on then, make me regret this!" He snap vanishes, tapping JJ on his shoulder and backhanding him away.

"I can't guarantee I won't kill you if that happens." JJ takes the backhand, smiling. "You think a backhand's gonna tip me over the edge? That's hilarious." JJ responds with a quick ashen dagger to the stomach.

He snap vanishes away from JJ, dancing. "I bet you couldn't hit the broadside of a ship with your aim!"

JJ simply turns to Zane, chuckling. "I dunno. I was kicking your ass back in the suit."

"Well, you did get hit in the shoulder and knees by some ashen gear, so this'll speed it up." JJ snaps his fingers, and Zane's wounds catch fire again, burning him. JJ then follows up by conjuring an ashen spear, and driving it through Zane's right side.

He was expecting this, so his aura was already working on snuffing out the flames. Didn't stop it from hurting, but it was less pain them before. He sidesteps the spear, knocking it away with his longsword and headbutts JJ.

JJ sees the incoming headbutt, (since those are usually pretty telegraphed unless you're incredibly close,) and sidesteps it while grabbing Zane by the hair in the process. He hits Zane in the ribs with his knee before tossing him off to the side.

He grunts as he recovers, raising his hand and sending an aura blast at JJ that hits him directly in the chest and sends him flying back.

JJ flies back, but recovers by catching himself midair with his wings. He lands again. "That it?" JJ then conjures an ashen spike, which sends towards Zane's right hand, attempting to impale it to the ground.
