He quickly got to work cleaning the wounds, pouring something over it to both A.) stop the bleeding and B.) clean off the blood. He then got a cloth and wiped away the sticky black ooze, before it got into the cuts. Whatever it was, he wasn't going to let it into his patient. He then observed the wounds quickly to see if he needed to stitch them instead of using just bandages and gauze.

The cuts were fairly deep, but somehow they looked to be healing so fast once the ooze was removed that it was visible. The person opened then opened their eyes. They were brilliant yellow eyes that resembled glass, glowing slightly. The entire eye, from what Quincy could see, was yellow and glowing, all except the pupil marking the front. The person, on the sight of Quincy suddenly tensed up and their eyes widened out of fear, still a little disoriented and scared from recent events.
-
He saw their fear and tried calming them down. "Hey hey hey, relax." he said quickly. "Im not going to hurt you, you're just outside the dojo gates, you're safe, almost."
-
They slowly relaxed, and let out a slow breath, closing their eyes and quickly falling asleep again. They were obviously tired, very tired.
-
He sighed, glad he/she wasnt dead. He hadnt seen anything distinguishing about the new arrival. He carefully picked them up and nudged the gate with his foot. The gate opened and he walked on in.
-
The figure was sleeping soundly, but woke up unexpectedly. Looking at Quincy the woman spoke in a tired but pretty voice, talking quietly. "Thank you...whoever you are..." She loosely wrapped herself in her large cloak and waited.
-
He took her into an empty section of the medical wing and set her on a cot. "Im Quincy, and no need to thank me, helping people makes me feel...needed. Anyway, what happened to you, if you're up to talking about it."
-
"I...don't wanna talk about it..." She says, simply staring at the ceiling "I'm Aani, by the way."
-
"Well, its nice to meet you Aani. Its fine you don't wanna talk about it. Are you hurt anywhere else?"
-
"I don't think so...I'm just tired." She rubs her eyes and yawns for a moment, sitting up slowly. "So...this is that place Tatakai, right?"
-
He nods. "Yup. You're at the Dojo right now, the medical wing."
-
"Nice, I made it..." She sighed in relief, very happy to have finally made it. She had been looking for the Dojo for so long that she almost gave up, especially when she almost just died.
-
"So, why are you here?" he asked curiously.
-
"It just seemed like a good place to hang around, so I'm not always moving." She had never really had much of a place to call home, but The Dojo could be like a home to her, a place to stay.
-
"Well, you picked a good place, home wise. Although, some of the people here are a bit strange, so try to be polite."
-
"Strange? How? Like, do they have superpowers or something?"
-
"Well, yeah, lots of em do. Some are just weird in their own little ways."
-
"Huh, well it sounds fun...Do you have any powers?"
-
"Well, i can shapeshift, but its limited. I used to be able to manipulate snow and stuff but that ability seems to be disappearing."
-
"Oh, well that's too bad...Weird how that's happening."
-
"Yeah, but its not the worst. I can still shape shift, so i cant complain about that."
-
"That's good." She lays back again, relaxing for a bit. "So, is there anyone in particular I should watch out for here?"
-
He shrugs. "I've learned just to not make anyone mad."
-
"Probably the best thing to do, right? I don't think anyone likes to get pissed."
-
He chuckles at that. "Well, ill leave it up to you how to handle tricky situations. Just don't get yourself killed because i said that. Im always somewhere if you need advice." he says, a friendly smile breaking out across his canine face.
-
She smiles back under her cloak. "Cool."
