Question do you have any idea how long it would take to make one strike? No, you don't understand animation and how much work it takes. Remember we now only have basically the LIVE team working on Destiny 1 right now. Everyone else is on Destiny 2. I doubt we will see any new strikes before Destiny 2 because they are likely working on a April Update that will include the old raids being redone.

  • animation. level design. enemy/boss design for new characters. AI behavior. enemy placement and scripted events. testing the flow of the strike. testing the mechanics, making sure there are no cheese spots or other exploits to ruin the strike. testing for bugs. AI bugs, gameplay bugs, mechanics bugs, environmental bugs. testing. testing. testing. and more testing. also did i mention testing? these kids dont even have the first clue of what half that stuff is, never mind what it takes to design a brand new strike. even with existing assets to retool and reskin, it still isnt a quick turn around. for some reason they seem to think bungie can fire up a level designer, lay a few rooms with a few clicks, drop in some enemies, and pump out a whole new strike or mission over a weekend like its minecraft or little big planet. the ignorance is astounding, but not surprising.

    Pull your head out. That means that despite all the complaints, all the flaws and all the unresolved in game issues, that Bungie is pumping out a sequel that will have all of the crap mechanics, and 12 different in game currencies with all of the flaws and issues of its predecessor. They need to realize that unless it's addressed that fans won't show up for the sequel. The best we can hope for is a total reworking of the sequel prior to release. Because if it is only a 10 person live team would explain why the content is so lame. Also 'redoing' raids should've never have had to be done, they chose to leave them behind and now by bringing them back this drone minded community thinks it's new content

  • you may not like it, but its a waste of time for them to attempt to fix everything that needs fixing in destiny when they can just apply that same effort into implementing all those fixes into destiny 2. essentially making destiny 2 the new and improved, refined destiny experience. they should learn from their mistakes and from community feedback everything they need to make destiny 2 a better game. apply what they learned to the next game, not fixing a 3 year old game that is about to be left behind and obsolete.

  • Stop being an idiot. They are working on a sequel so that you have more content than just one stroke to play. All people like you do is come on the forums and complain about the game more than you actually play the game. If you hate it then stop playing it.
