oh it definitely is. think about it, you have 3 chances to get the Armor set for your class since they are giving away 1 free box per reset now they're are 5 pieces to a set depending if you're only trying to get 1 armor set and the ornaments for the weapons are included in those boxes. Sooooo if you want these sets and are not lucky enough to get them in the 3 free boxes you'll have to pay for the chance of getting them. it's Festival of the cost all over again.

I'm pretty sure the armor sets are from the strike bounties. Atleast the remastered ones. Besides, why even care? They're cosmetic.
