SLR wasn't level dependent and you got one sparrow box for completing all your licenses per character on each character. So I would get my license and then delete the character and do it again. I was good at sparrow racing and I enjoyed it a ton so it only took a single evening to max out a license. The event went on for 3 weeks so there was plenty of time. My warlock actually still has the quest because I ran out of time on the last night. Only my warlock got deleted multiple times I kept my original character, Titan and my main, Hunter.
