"Of course! I love going there and I get a discount. Whenever you wanna go there just grab your family and find me."

He smiles reassuringly. "Nah, dont worry about it, i would step on Grandma's feet all the time. But then again that woman's a tank. Im beginning to think she'll outlive me!" he says, chuckling.

[i]The slow song is nearing the end and Arty had a visible the whole time.[/i] "I-I guess all good things have to come to an end?"

"Well, i could request another slow song, i think? Ever the case i cant, Grandma somehow has managed to keep some old vinyl records with her. If you can find a record player, we might be able to do this again sometime?" he asked, smiling.

[i]Arty face got redder.[/i] "Y-You want to d-do this with me again?"

He smiles warmly, blushing a little. "Yeah, itd be fun."

[i]Arty averts her eyes and gets quiet.[/i] "Why? Why dance with me? I'm nothing special. Iso is a far better dancer."

He chuckles. "Well, i don't know Iso, and...well...for what its worth...i kinda like you..." He blushes, shyly looking away

[i]Arty lets go and looks at the ground. [/i] "You can stop lying now. I know you don't like me. No one really does."

He looks puzzled. "What's THAT supposed to mean? Why would i lie?"

[i]Arty seems to get slightly angry.[/i] "Oh come on! You're only being nice to me because I fed your family, am I right? You just want more from me! You don't really want to dance with me!"

He looks slightly offended. "What? Of course i actually want to dance with you! The only thing i want from you is to get to know you! And yeah, im being nice to you because you were really nice to me and my family! You helped me, and thats something not many do. I can count them out for you. One, two three, four. Only four people have ever decided to help me in my entire life, one of them having died with my parents. Artemis, I actually want to be friends... Ive never really had a friend before...". He takes a breath after saying all that, his eyes watering a bit.

[i]Arty starts to tear up, but stays angry.[/i] "Exactly! You only have a few people supplying you so you decided you'd make sure I kept helping by treating me like you actually care." [i]Arty full out cries. Her ears flatten, her tail wraps around her waist, and she covers herself with her arms.[/i] "This isn't the first time I've been tricked by a jerk."

He takes the blow like a bullet. "W-what?" he says, his voice choking.

[i]Iso runs between Arty and Kari. She hugs Arty tightly and glares at Kari.[/i] [b]Iso:[/b] "What did you do?!"

He stutters, choking up. "I...i didn't do....". He's not able to talk as it comes out as a whimper and his ears go down as he takes a step back. Artemis was the closest thing he ever had to a friend, and her recent outburst stung him like a swarm of hornets.

[i]Iso notices Kari's body language and looks at him with understanding. Iso stops hugging Arty and instead holds onto her shoulders.[/i] [b]Iso:[/b] "Kari, has she been talking badly about herself?"

He nods, shaking a bit.

[b]Iso:[/b] "Arty, come on. You're an intelligent and pretty girl. Who cares about what your clan said about you?" [b]Arty:[/b] "I-I do?" [b]Iso:[/b] "Well, you shouldn't because I know Sasha, Kari, and I see you as a person of high value, isn't that right Kari?"

He nods, trying to talk, but is still shaken up.

[i]Iso whispers something to Arty and lets go of her. Arty tackles Kari to the ground in a hug. Arty buries her face in Kari's chest and continues to cry.[/i] [b]Arty:[/b] "I'm so sorry, Kari!"

He hugs her back as well, his breathing steadying. "I-its o-ok.. hap-pens all the time." he says, trying to smile, siffling now and then."

[i]Arty kisses Kari on the nose and blushes.[/i] [b]Arty:[/b] "I-I...j-just..."

He manages to control his emotions again. "Its...its ok.. I know what some werewolf clans do...and im sorry you had to go through that.." he says softly as he rubs her back gently, trying to calm her.

[i]Arty continues to get Kari's fur wet by crying on him.[/i] "I-I....th-they..."

He continues rubbing her back, patting her occasionally. "Ssshh.. i know.."
