Took a few days and emails but if theres proof you paid and proof you didnt recieve silver then its easy to get your money back/silver added. Seems to me like someone might be fibbing a bit for no reason.

Already got a refund from Sony once. Tried to purchase it again, still no silver. If you received your silver after a refund please tell me how you did it

There are transaction histories that allows for you to prove what you got for what you paid. You could even reach out to your bank and tell them you never recieved the product you purchased and want to dispute the transaction.
