No, Destiny worked at launch. Examples of games not working at launch is The division, battlefield 1, 3, and 4. The division couldn't even load a level without crashing. Battlefield 1 on PC crashes due to a DX error. Battlefield 3 and 4 had horrendous networking issues. But Destiny worked out of the gates. Saying the game is in beta is dubious and so over used. It's a good product and I've been a satisfied customer.

  • Destiny worked at launch because they removed 80% of what was promised , "you see those mountains over there? You can go there" ....sorry you probably don't remember that as you weren't here from launch. Games that try to release on consoles and pcs will always have the issues that you site. A good developer says "well it's all gone to crap, let's try fixing some things"..... Bungie seems happy to keep tapping the wallets of saps with events that give nothing, add nothing to the game and all for the hope you'll buy alpha version next year....
