The simulation freezes, the bullets stopping mid air.
[i][u]Unknown intrusion. Recalibrating simulation.[/u][/i]
Comes a mechanical voice.
Cannon slowly rises to his feet, picking up his beskad.
"Didn't see you there, vod."

"Hey Canon, what the hell was that?"

Cannon shrugs. "Training."

"With Droids that have mental things?"

"How else am I suppose to learn to fight against mental attacks? I'd rather be more prepared next time I deal with one." He crack his kneck.

"Just do the thing magneto does. Use a better helmet."

Cannon laughs. "Never rely on gadgets alone. One day, they'll let you down. The only thing you'll allways have on you is your own mind and body." He spins the saber in his hand.

"Good point, strengthen yourself. Not that which protects you."

"Exactly. And after the whole osik storm with the agents last week, I'd really rather build up immunity towards mental attacks."

"You went after Pan too?"

"Yes. I don't exactly have a lot of friends, so I tend to go out of my way to protect tge few I do have."

"Am I one of those?"

"Most likely." He sheathes the saber onto his back, sandwiched between his jetpack and armor. "At the very least you're a respected rival."

"Heh. Good to know I have a tough ass Mandalorian on my side. Or at least near my side."

Cannon laughs at that. "Yeah well, good to have an Avatar ripoff on my side."

"Avatar? How?" [b]Nathaniel tries to suppress his laughter but begins chucking [/b]

"Well, you can control air, fire, and rocks. Three out of four." The Mandalorian points out, counting each element off on his fingers.

"There's a difference between controlling them and using them. I can't control them, I'm a Mage. I get drained and I need to speak spells. Benders don't get drained"

"Minor technical difficulties." Cannon waves him off. "All you need are the bloody tattoos."

"I do have some tattoos..."

"... Please tell me they aren't arrows."

Cannon puts his hand over his heart in mock hurt. "Low blow, mate. Low blow."

"Oh yeah because Avatar wasn't low. Well avatar was good. Prequels..."
